kicked me out of apps, multiple security warnings kept appearing , i almost couldnt sign in to wifi because the window would not move to enlarge. it froze and had to restart a fee times. this all happened first day i recieved. would be nice if it didnt have so many issues less than 6 hours of recieving. i end up returning. now im waiting 14 days for a refund . ... show more

    • Seemed to have the wrong graphics driver
I ended up returning this. The screen itself was probably fine; typical 1080p laptop screen. But it looked terrible, and nothing I could adjust would help. In the display settings it reported that 1388 x 767 was its native resolution, and I think that was the issue. Sometimes the text looked okay, sometimes it was almost unreadable. At one point the touchpad stopped registering "clicks," too, but it went back to normal a few hours later. I had better hopes for an HP laptop. ... show more

I have only had this a few days but extremely impressed. High value. For build quality seems comparable to laptop 3-4 times what charged. Powers up fast. My first chrome book so takes a little getting used to. But functions very intuitive. And tutorials available to assist. Screen resolution impressive. Lighted keyboard very vivid.
