The 15" M2 MacBook Air 16/512 I ordered really was in excellent condition as promised. Not a single scratch or blemish. And everything functioned perfectly. It didn't come in the original Apple packaging, but well-protected nonetheless. It came with what appeared to be a new dual 60w charger with braided cable. (One reviewer complained about getting a cheap knock-off charger, but that wasn't my experience.) What also motivated me to leave a 5-star review is that I ended up deciding this model MacBook wasn't going to meet my needs. I was nervous about the return process and getting a refund, but it went well. For this expensive kind of device, you may be directed to an Amazon locker location instead of a Whole Foods or other convenient location you might be accustomed to for returns. Also, would they claim there were problems despite my being super careful about resetting and repackaging the MacBook? Or maybe I'll get informed that they never received it?! Well, I'm here to attest that the return was easy, reliable and the refund was issued in about half of the estimated potential wait time. MacBook Air came practically brand new with a new cable and charger. No scratches no dents no damage to the screen. It was fast, the sound was very clear, and the battery life is amazing. I haven’t charged my laptop in almost 3 days and it’s still around 92%. The touch ID is handy and allows me to open my laptop without putting in a password. As a nursing student it was important I had a new laptop for practically everything and this far exceeded my expectations. The price was a bit high for a student but given it came new I can’t complain. The Midnight black color does leave smudges and so does the screen so I bought a case for it and I have no problems with that now. It’s light and the screen is huge so for those looking for a smaller portable laptop this may not be the best choice but I love it and plan on keeping it for many years. It was a great investment and I advise anyone looking for a good deal but a great product purchase one. ... show more

My old MB Air died. Ordered one of these Renewed by Amazon M2 15" 1TB, delivered next day. Only booted in Recovery Mode. Arranged return and bought second one. Second one turned on and asked which disk to use (only the internal one was listed). Selected internal, then got beachball of death. Returning that one, too. Lost several days of productivity. What a gem. This is my first laptop, and overall I’m not disappointed. One frequent problem on Amazon, however, is lack of a full description. I couldn’t find the OS listed on the Amazon item page, but because it was a 2023, I assumed it was upgradable to the current system.

Straight up normal expected behavior for this computer. Only gripe is if you are doing a video call and are using any amount of blur it starts to get slow. Can usually run several open programs at once except on video calls.
