I switched from a Windows PC to Apple. There is a big learning curve, especially with file management. Love the size of the big, bright screen. Not so much with the mouse and keyboard. I selected a refurbished iMAC to cut my teeth on. It's newer, current technology but not cutting edge. I replaced the keyboard and will be replacing the mouse. I think this new system will take some time to get used to. Happy I made the change but still getting use to the new machine. I feel partially scammed , this was a total joke. I was in search of a home office computer while carefully managing my budget. Based on the advertisement, I expected to receive the Magic Mouse and Magic Keyboard as shown in the product images. However, the items I received were inexpensive, squeaky, and of poor quality, which significantly impacted my overall experience with this purchase. The iMac itself is satisfactory; it looks very attractive and functions properly. However, I had to spend an additional $300+ to purchase the Magic Keyboard and Magic Mouse to meet my expectations and requirements. Additionally, the product description notes that accessories may differ from those shown. While some variation is understandable, the poor quality of the accessories I received was disappointing and unacceptable. Ultimately, the total amount I spent was close to the cost of a new set, making it not worth the hassle of having a refurbished device with subpar accessories.
