The media could not be loaded. Bad Dell Tech support, man hung-up on me while trying to fix computer. The computer takes a minute before starting into Windows then. Box look like it was open and the computer was covered with dust. Talk to the store where it came from and he did not address the issue at hand. All I got was 2,000$ box of junk and poor service from Amazon and Dell. Called Dell, worked on it for 2 hours and it made no difference. Like to return for a replacement or money refunded. Return unit back to Saler, took over a week to get my refund. E-mail company and ask where my refund was and they said they were waiting on the return, I then told them that they had the unit for two days and if I didn't get my money, I would take it up with someone higher up, got my money the next day. This unit was defected, and someone return it and then I got it, it's a bad power supply or defective motherboard. Went and got a HP Omen game machine for the wife, works great. ... show more
