This is my 4th or 5th Lenovo computer, including a couple notebooks, and this is my favorite one by far. I have wrist, arm, and neck issues but the keyboard is large enough that I don't have to "squish" or hold my arms in tight in order to use the keyboard without pain. It's lightweight and the touch pad and touch screen are very responsive. When I have to use video conferencing for work, it understandably strains the battery, but it hold out just fine on days I don't have online meetings. I am thrilled so far with this laptop. I got the 20gb RAM and 1TB storage option and it has not frozen up at all yet. I use it mainly for Adobe Creative Suite and remote work as well and it is really fantastic. Highly recommend for anyone looking to update their hardware from something older.

I purchased this for my photography, it doesn't hold much at all. Ended up having to pay a monthly fee to Microsoft to store docs and pictures.

    • Quick speed, great battery life and fast charge, easy to use as well as plenty of storage!
I love this laptop, I am doing classes online and needed something fast,had allot of storage, and a lasting battery life. This laptop has all of that and when I do charge it the charging is quick.

    • Buyer beware, no backlight on keyboard
It is early, but so far so good. My only regret is not reading the small print on "no backlit keyboard". I often use at night to stream entertainment and have to turn the lights on to change websites or change content. I could use the touch screen instead, but I am not a big touchscreen users.     • Lenovo Laptop turns out to be a piece of junk after only 1 year!
We would prefer a laptop that worked and a company that stands behind their products and will help their customers when they have a problem with a $700 laptop instead of trying to sale them more Warranty! How stupid do they think people are? Throw more money into a piece of junk? I don't think so! The screen began to freeze and from there we started getting bars across the screen and then eventually cutting off. We tried calling Lenovo Tech Support but they said Warranty had just ran out, after 1 year and we would need to spend $230 before they will do anything. Also, have tried to contact PC online who sold this piece of junk through Amazon and of course, no reply! Amazon has also reached out to PC online. No reply! Stuck with a broken computer and no support from Lenovo, or PC online! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM LENOVO OR PC ONLINE! You will be sorry! ... show more
