I've had this mattress pad for just about a month and have used it for about 3 weeks. This past week, one of the lights has gone out on the touch control. It's still usable, but I am disappointed that it broke so quickly after waiting over a month for it to arrive. Other than the light, it's perfect for me. I like my feet cool and my body warm so being able to control both areas is super helpful. I no longer have to kick my covers off while simultaneously freezing. I do hope this lasts all winter long. It's shaping up to be chilly!

Pros: Pad is soft and unless you try, you don’t feel the coils. The power cord is on the side of the bed at your head so you don’t have cords running everywhere. The timer is great to have and the digital readout is bright and large Cons: It takes a while to warm up… about 10 minutes. You really don’t feel any warmth until you get the setting up to 4. The foot zone does not get as warm as the body zone so you have to crank that up to 7 or 8. It has a total of 9. The controller on one side does not light up all of the control lights. It works but isn’t lit. None of the zones heat with any consistency. My guess is I should send it back but ugh! It is too expensive to be this unreliable. It is a fantastic concept. I could love it if it worked consistently.
