The media could not be loaded. It worked well before it stopped working. I had no complaints and did what I needed it to do. However it’s just a year old and I’m having to purchase another laptop and that sucks.

Overall for a cheap computer.. its fine. But this computer is so slow I do not see it being usable for my schooling let alone any level of entertainment. Full minutes just to open software or any streaming. Steam hardly functions. Normal youtube videos taking forever just to start even on very high speed wifi. Overall very disappointed and will likely be returning unless I can find a way to speed up. Screen quality is fine but by no means impressive. Keys are flimsy but being so lightweight is a plus. Touch pad is a little shakey and webcam is functional but again, not impressive. It's worth spending a bit more money elsewhere ... show more

If I open another tab while watching a video, the video stops. Whenever I do a search, it spi s for over a minute before the search comes up.

I’m not sure exactly what specs you actually need for every day computing, but while I love how sleek the design is on this HP, and it is very easy to use, it’s very slow. I use it mostly for browsing the web and online shopping, not much else, no gaming, and it is still soooooo slow!
