DO NOT BUY!!! product does not run applications properly and when you reach out to tech support they are not helpful at all. I even sent my product to them and when I received it back after they said they fixed it. It still had the same issue. They told me I have a one year warranty and that the issue is software related and that software is not covered under the warranty. So I’m out $900 on a laptop that doesn’t work properly. Save your self the frustration and buy something else. DO NOT BUT THIS LAPTOP. VERY FRUSTRATING. Wish I could rate it under 1 star. ... show more

    • beware of the built in McAfee, you can't get rid of it.

TERRIBLE! They have McAfee built into it and you cannot get rid of it. So after having if for several months I start to get a full red screen pop up saying renew McAfee. You cannot get rid of it because it is in the Lenovo system. I HATE IT... I will NEVER BUY another Lenovo. My husband worked for IBM and retired from there. I thought it was a good company.
