It’s like their words get lost in all the “background noise”. A lot of times I get so lost in the conversation because I cannot hear what they are saying. It took a little adjustment to get it to fit just right and to find my “happy place” as far as the volume but I am a happy camper now!!! This product replaced my mother’s older battery powered set , first the left one. She liked it so much told me to buy one for the other ear because it seemed better to hear from. Did so and the charge holds longer than battery replacement set.

Comfortable to wear, even with glasses. This allows me to hear easily again. Once charged up, the battery will last all day. Easy to adjust for louder background noises. I definitely recommend this for someone with hearing loss as it helps get back what we have lost. This is certainly well made for the price.
