I love my MacBook so much. I went out and bought a second one. One is for home, but when I really have to work and get something done, I’ll bring both of them outside. Fast reliable sturdy. I was a little nervous buying a secondhand Mac, I have heard so many horror stories about refurbished items and I was extremely hesitant. However I received this item (a day late bc of UPS) it is in perfect condition. The first thing I checked was the battery and I was hoping for a replaced battery BUT the battery still has over 90% life and it's only been through 80 cycles. The overall condition of the Mac was pretty good. From what I noticed there are 0 scratches or dents on the computer on its own. The only thing I noticed was the battery life being where it is, however still a very good sale in general. The functionality of the Mac is still as if it was brand new and straight from Apple Park, no noticeable bottlenecking or slow speeds for the older M2 chip. The Design is just the basic Macbook Pro Design. Overall an amazing purchase would 100% buy from this third party again. ... show more

I feel good with my purchase, I saved money and got a nice product. I have used it for a week to work now and I haven't had any issues. Cannt complain, the laptop came in great condition but the charger it came with did not work so I had to buy a 3rd party 65w charger, I still use it today but my one regret is not getting one with more ram, but the battery life is good though.

I am so in love with my new MacBook Pro! The overall laptop seems to be in perfect physical condition and the functionality of the MacBook itself is phenomenal. I love the way the keyboard feels and that it lights up, it’s very convenient to use later at night while laying in bed and doing a little Amazon shopping, so I can see where my keys are lol. The battery life has been lasting for hours and has honestly shocked me because I’ve never had a laptop that holds the charge for as long as this one. It is so easy to quickly switch between programs and I absolutely love that I can pull up my actual phone and see everything on it from my laptop now! There seems to be no lagging in any way and I definitely feel like I got a wonderful deal for the price that I paid for this 2022 MacBook Pro!     • Unreliable off the bat, but outside of return window

I bought this renewed 2022 Macbook as a budget option for graphic design. At first, it performed well, after a few months (outside the return window, of course), I ran into a serious issue: the laptop stopped allowing macOS updates and entered a state where it couldn't boot properly into Recovery. I had to take it to an Apple Store for a DFU revive/restore process. The Genius Bar tech was able to fix it temporarily, but they explicitly warned me that this could happen again and one day, it might not be revivable at all due to potential underlying firmware or hardware issues. If that happens, the only fix would be a full logic board replacement, which they quoted at around $800. As a professional graphic designer, I can't afford downtime or the risk of my machine suddenly becoming a $800+ paperweight mid-project. The frustration is huge! I paid for a "renewed" product expecting reliability close to new, but this feels like a hidden defect that wasn't caught during refurbishing. Amazon Renewed's 90-day guarantee is long expired by the time these intermittent problems show up, leaving you stuck. If you're buying this purely for light personal use and can afford to replace it if issues arise, it might be okay. But for anyone depending on it for work (especially creative/pro tasks), steer clear of this refurbished unit. Better to save a bit more for a new MacBook Air/Neo or buy Apple's own refurbished program for better quality control and support. ... show more
