The media could not be loaded. Sure, you can probably do anything computer related at 20 or 50 years of age, but for a lady at 79, it may be more of a challenge. I bought a keyboard and case for my new iPad Pro 12.9 and I hated the keys, the connecting stuff and even more, the way the keyboard slipped away from the IPad each time I typed on it. When my husband complained about the same thing I returned the keyboard. Then I called Apple and spent on hour on the IPad talking with their rep about the best keyboard for the money I was willing to spend. Did you know that Apple sells Logitech keyboards for those customers that are “broke” after spending a bundle on the IPad Pro itself? :) Well, if Apple sells Logitech keyboards then they must work really well with the Apple IPad. The representative suggested the Logitech Combo for my needs. So I hopped over to Amazon, on my IPad of course, found the Logitech Combo there for a good amount less than Apple… sorry Apple, and in 2 days I was back in business with a wonderful IPad Pro 12.9 cover and keyboard, made by Logitech. As you can see in my video above, (the last picture,) it takes literally a second to connect and there is no fussing with programs or steps on how to make the keyboard compatible. I did not have to do ANYTHING in order to combine the two technologies or software. Nothing!!! I had spent about an hour setting up the other keyboard once it was connected. I had to call the company and even then it was a struggle before it connected program-wise to everything properly. With the Logitech Combo, I pushed the IPad into the cover, touched the bottom of the cover to the Logitech Combo keyboard and POOF! I was connected. One second to connect and that was it! No calls to Apple or Logitech. No mumbling under my breath. No time spending hours making sure all systems were a go as I had to with the other company’s keyboard and cover. I know I am repeating this but, with the Logitech set I had to do NOTHING ELSE AT ALL! I got the “cloth” looking covered combo. It’s a beige gray color and it’s plastic, so I can wipe it if it ever shows dirt. I am an artist and cartoonist so I use the iPad for a lot of creativity. Being able to lay the screen almost flat makes it easier to draw if I want to keep it attached to the keyboard. That was really important to me. I use an Apple Pencil and it works perfectly with the Logitech keyboard and stays put, with magnetics, to the Logitech cover. I was dreading the ordeal of making sure the combination worked together, as it took so long, and was so darn complicated, with the other company’s product. It shocked me to see how quick and easy the connection was, using the Logitech and Apple technology. It might sound like I am a saleswoman for the two companies. Nope. Just so satisfied that I had to share what I learned! It is not a cheap combo. But it isn’t the most expensive either, and when you have two products that work perfectly together it’s a good marriage. ... show more

My first own device with Apple logo. After nearly a month of everyday use I may say it was a good choice. I work in IT consultancy along with delivering training and some university teaching. In my work time I use it for emails, some Office doc editing, communicating with Teams and Discord, some diagram sketching. Along with keyboard and mouse it works very well in most of situations. Data SIM card makes it good for working on the go and it's super energy efficient when acting as a portable hotspot. On the entertainment side of things, screen quality for videos is very good, storage space is enough for couple of TV show seasons plus dozens of movies. All major communicators are there with exception of WhatsApp so I can be in touch with friends and family. With Paperlike screen protection it's almost as good as my Kindle to enjoy reading books However, there are some pain points. 1) Virtual positioning of your external screen is fixed to 4 positions. Windows does it much better giving you total freedom 2) You can plug your external webcam but only few apps will make use of it. I'm happy for CamX because it turns my iPad into a part of telepromter but I'm irritated when MS Teams offers me only built-in cameras. 3) You cannot change your main screen resolution to adjust it to external monitor proportions. For other, specialized tasks like Data Warehouse or report development I find Windows machines a better choice but in many cases you can have them as virtual machines and use them remotely. ... show more

I love this IPad Pro it was not in the original package, But it was in perfect condition without a single scratch or issue. And with 1 terabyte of space. It’s amazing and fast. And it takes the best pictures and videos and I saved over $900 compared to the new in the box price. iPad had problem that should have been detected during the ‘refurbishment’. Received the iPad with 0 battery power, that’s because it would turn on by itself after it was turned off. The charger was a cheap 6 watt vs the 20 watt original. Amazon shipping and return support was excellent and refund was prompt. There were just 2 small scratches on the back of this unit and the box it arrived in, although original, seemed a bit dirty.
