EDIT: Ok so, as I had said in my original review, these earbuds are great, and I rated them 4 out of 5 stars. I liked them so much that I bought another pair for my brother as well. HOWEVER, about two weeks ago, I received an email, presumably from the sellers, asking me to take down my review in exchange for a "refund" of $30, explaining that 4 out of 5 stars simply wasn't a good enough score. Now this incident alone won't change my rating since I still loved the product, but I wanted to alert potential buyers that the overall ratings for this product might have been artificially inflated by the seller. --- Pros: +Cleanest and most modern design out of any earbud I've tried. The material is mix of plastic and mostly aluminum. Very nice +Bluetooth pairing is great. Pairs quickly. These earbuds support both mono mode and stereo mode, so you can listen with each earbud interchangeably. +Great battery life. After a month of regular use, I have yet to use up all the battery in a single listening session. +Earbuds are easily accessible because of the open design. The lack of a lid also allows the case to be the smallest I've tried. +Audio sounds great. They're no comparison to higher end earbuds that I've tried (Momentums, MW07+, Klipsch), but they hold up really well for their price. +Comfort is a 5/5 for me. They fit well and don't irritate any of the usual parts of my ears that get sore from the other earbuds I've tried. +Some reviewers have mentioned the app not working well. It's honestly been great for me. It crashes on occasion, but the functionality is perfectly fine. They recognize the earbuds quickly and will then show the battery life for both earbuds as well as the case. They also have a fully adjustable equalizer (although through testing, I've found that the equalizer is somewhat atrocious and does not seem to work well). For those who are concerned with low bass from the lack of a seal, there is a bass boost option, which is what I personally use. Additional features include the ability to turn on Full Control Mode, which I'll get into in the next bullet. +The base controls aren't great. Double tap for play and pause, and hold for voice assistant. However, once you turn on full control mode in the app, you get additional controls added on top of those. Single tap and triple tap on the left earbud for volume, and single tap and triple tap on the right earbud for skip and previous track. They're not the most intuitive control scheme, but I'm still glad they're there. Cons: -While the open design is great, there is some cause for concern since dust and small particles can easily get stuck in the case. In addition, it definitely is possible to shake the earbuds out of the case. However the force required to achieve this is pretty high and I've never had this issue in real life testing. -Due to the unsealed nature of these earbuds, sound isolation is pretty poor. Don't get these if you need to block out a lot of outside noise during commutes (train rides, planes, traffic) -Indicator lights are great. Both earbuds have a single indicator light as well as one on the case. They work fine, but they don't show much. White continuous light means its charging and blinking white light means they require charging. Blue means they're pairing. That's basically it. No different colors to show battery level, so if you need that information, you'll have to either use the app or hope that your phone shows the battery life of your bluetooth devices. Overall a great pair of bluetooth earbuds that sacrifice some audio quality for portability, design, and ease of use. Great cheap alternative to Apple Airpods

The good: USB C charging (something that should be standard, but is rare in this space) Pairing was easy Sound quality is decent The bad: Terrible comfort. The hard plastic tips and shape/size make my ears hurt 30 mins into using them. This makes me think some of the reviews promoting its comfort are inorganic. Volume controls (and others) are locked behind use of their proprietary app. Without this you are pretty much limited to pausing and playing. Touch sensitive controls are sometimes unresponsive. I didn't bother gauging how well the charges last in the earbuds or the charging case, but it didn't seem terrible.

The media could not be loaded. I don't typically gush over a set of earbuds but these took me by surprise. They cost more than almost any of my other earbuds but I was pleasantly shocked at how much I got for my money. The first thing I notice about anything I buy is how it is packed since many times cheating on packing means cutting corners on the product, no problem here, packaging was exceptional and protected the earbuds and case excellently. The real surprise was how great they sounded all across the frequency spectrum, so much I did not want to take them out and I need to read the book because they have what they call a "transparency" setting that lets you leave them in but lets sound come in so you can hold a conversation without removing them. You have one of the most ultimate earbud packages I have bought and I did not have to spend hundreds of dollars to get it. Bottom Line: Easy 5 Star rating, highly recommended

The sound quality is amazing, it fits perfectly in my ears and I love the noise reduction the only thing I feel like needs improvement is battery life I talked 1.5 hours straight up and it start saying battery needs to charge so I guess it gives 2 hours straight talk

The media could not be loaded. Ok so these earbuds are kind of a mixed bag. So if you want an honest review here goes. Side note I have had over a dozen Bluetooth earbuds over the course of the last few years, so trust me. Pros: looks cool, very comfortable, battery life is awesome, and unique design. Cons: very very hard to get out of the case, like I mean very hard which verges on annoying and sound quality is substandard, range is moderate. Takes a few moments to start once you have them in your ears. Overall: if you want something different or as a back up, it’s not a bad option. But if this is going to be a main or predominate earbud for you forget it. Spend the extra 40plus and you can get a way better earbud. The problem with a 60 dollar earbud is your get 30 dollar quality. So you have to make the decision whether the cool looks count for a 30 dollar increase in price. For me it’s not worth it.
