These are great scrub pants!! I'm 5'2" and 230 lbs and I ordered the regular XL pants. If they were any other pants, I would have ordered petite because I'm so short, but I like to wear my scrubs up past my belly button(around my ribs, basically), because that's the easiest way for me to stay on the move and not worry about my pants falling down. These stay in place much better than previous pairs of scrub pants, unless you frequently sit and stand back up. These are shorter compared to other regular-sized scrub pants I've worn, but not by a whole lot. My only issue with these is that they seem VERY thin - thinner than normal - so we'll see how long these last before I start getting holes in the thighs. I work in transport at a hospital, so I'm walking 6-10 miles a shift, and the thighs wear out VERY quickly.

I'm not a fan of huge flare-legged pants. In an XL, the flares on many pant styles are large enough to fit my entire shoe inside... while I'm standing. I left the JNCO jeans in the 90s guys... perhaps you should too... ;) I'm also not a fan of the elastic-at-the-ankle look. I just wanted some regular, straight-up scrub pants with a cargo pocket... is that too much to ask?? These mostly meet my desires. At 5'4 many scrubs tend to be long for my legs, but these are actually ok. I wish the ankle were just slightly more boot-cut, but it's really ok. The elastic is fine, and I like that they're higher-waisted. This keeps me from mooning people when I bend over or even just sit. Say no to crack, right? Yeah. As per the quality, they're decent, but nothing more. Overall, I'm happy.

These scrub pants are a great purchase. I am 5'6" and 175 lbs with fairly narrow hips and a large waist. The pants fit well - the waist could be a bit tighter, but I really cant complain. The fabric is a nice weight- and washes well. No need to iron if you hang them up or fold them when you remove from the dryer. I have 4 pairs of these pants- only 1 pair of black. After 5 washings, the color has not faded at all, there are no pills on the fabric surface. I do wash them with other black light weight fabrics to help prevent fading and pills which are usually made by friction with towels and rougher fabrics when washed with smoother fabrics.

I love these pants! They are really comfortable and fit great. I ordered a large (I am 5'5 and 175 lbs) after reading the other reviews and the reviews from others were spot on for sizing - so read through those to assess your size. They are thin, but for the summer months this will make them even better. They are not super skinny but they do taper some towards the ankle so at least not bell-bottoms. As a middle aged woman I wanted something comfortable, but not sweatpants and not "skinny" style. My only wish is that there were a tie of some sort at the waist band. They stay up pretty good though and the leg pockets are nice. I went back and ordered 2 more pairs in other colors after getting these and making sure they fit okay.

All right I am a 4x (308 pound 5'6 ft women) in the MA program for the school Our scrub color is TEAL, the struggle is very real for this scrub color, and finding a set is a nightmare!, I have been having the hardest time finding pants that fit me and my thunder thighs, these are it! they fit a perfect small bit of room in the lower stomach area because there aren't any strings to tie up, YAY! lots of pockets, the right Teal shade! I tried to buy the Teal Sets but they run small in the thigh Area which was very discouraging also the wrong shade that version of teal was way too dark. These Teal pants match pretty well with the WonderWink Women's Plus-Size Wonderwork V-Neck Scrub Top (TEAL) Couldn't find any teal Scrubs at Walmart at all, thankfully I didn't give up my search here on amazon. Just wanted to help fellow plus-size individuals struggling to find good scrub pants out there because I know the frustrations!

I've had many Cherokee scrubs in the past and they've always been excellent in quality, durability and easy to care for. These pants are good pants and will serve their intended purpose but the size chart is off. I took my measurements just before ordering and ordered according to the size chart. The pants are a full size too big. Since I bought these for gardening it isn't that big a deal but if I wasn't retired they wouldn't do for daily wear as a medical professional. I'd have to return them and order the next size down.
