For a Dell laptop, the description of this product in the title doesn't mentioned that this is not NEW. I was disappointed with this. Even though, the battery shows 100%, it needs to have the power adapter plugged in, in order to work. Any time it runs a program, the i3 core sounds like a 90 yrs old man trying to run a race. It doesn't work seamlessly. For a new laptop, it sounds like it is on its last breath. Overall, the keyboard, and feel of the laptop is good. The image has some nice colors, but lacks focus. It has no programs like Microsoft suite on it. Imagine, if you install it. It's already running like it's fully tasked. Imagine installing more programs, and see how it runs. Very disappointing. It works, but don't know for how long. For $500, you used to be able to buy a decent Dell laptop. I just assumed with the Dell brand name, you get quality, but this was a used product, but it didn't mention it in the title. ... show more

I have to send this back to Dell after having only 6 days. Needs a new camera. This is a royal pain! . After I was told I needed to send it back, I found the solution! Easy and simple. Perfect for evoI need! I work from home 2 days a week, and then “surf” other times. Backlit keyboard is fantastic. Just doesn’t want to totally recognize my fingerprint to log in. I have to change it frequently. Not a big deal. Otherwise it’s pretty perfect.

Normal to less than normal use of laptop. Battery stopped holding charge 9 months after purchase and computer extremely slow (likely failing hard drive as estimated by computer repair shop). Reached out to phone number twice and emailed once to see what warranty options there were, but have yet to receive a response. It was a great laptop but unfortunately didn't last a year. Windows just crashed yesterday and apparently the HDD is damaged! That shouldn't happen!
