    • Good Mobile Workstation Laptop at a good price and in excellent condition
The Dell Precision 7750 Mobile Workstation is an excellent workstation laptop in it's size category (17 inch screen). The model variant ordered was with 32GB RAM (4x 8GB SO DIMMs), 1TB M.2 NVMe SSD, integrated Intel UHD graphics, and a 1080p screen. Windows 10 Pro was pre-installed. Also had WLAN and Blu-Tooth, no WWAN device. Dell is providing a good warranty on this officially refurbished device. The unit arrived in almost perfect condition, almost because clearly not factory sealed, but the refurbisher does need to access the device, and apparently installed the 1TB M.2 NVMe SSD, which was not a DELL part, but an excellent analogue, namely a Crucial 1TB M.2 stick. After a quick check of the system and cracking the hood to see the gutts and check what upgrade options I had, I initiated the full boot and finalized Windows 10 Pro installation and setup. Dell drivers were in place, but I did have to add the Dell Command application to ensure that drivers were current and updated. This installation has also upgraded to the latest Windows 10 Pro 21H1. While experiences with refurbished hardware may vary, I would recommend checking the actual seller and who is fulfilling the order, if the seller doesn't look/smell capable and legit, see if the product can come from someone else. In this instance I can state the reseller/refurbisher did a great job, and possibly because of my locality, the order was fulfilled in under 1 day, ordered on a Monday, promised for Thursday, and arrived Tuesday, by UPS. I look forward to getting a number of good working years out of this mobile workstation. ... show more

    • Sold me a lemon laptop and won't accept a return
I bought this laptop which has been glitchy and locks up often. It takes a long time to start sometimes. I asked to return it but it was 2 days outside of the return window and this company told me that I need to fix it myself. Stay away. They are selling lemons and not standing by their products.     • Workhorse laptop!
The DELL Precision 7000 is a workhorse of a laptop. If you are looking for lightweight, this is not the laptop. This is a heavy machine for real work. It is fast with plenty of expandability up to 64gb of ram and SSD capacity. The DELL Precision 7000 will go the long haul.
