    • Brand new computer works like a 5 year old one.
The computer looks and feels great, screen quality is impeccable and keyboard feels natural, but when it comes to using it, I’ve had issues with mine. It freezes, crashes, and automatically restarts itself trying to run simple websites, no heavy programs or anything. If I leave the screen open until it goes to sleep, I can’t seem to figure out how to wake it. I’ve pressed the space bar, clicked the mousepad, moved the mousepad, tried ctrl+alt+del, pressing the power button, closing the screen and reopening it… the only way I can figure out how to turn it back on again is by a hard shut down (holding the power button for about 15 seconds) and turning it back on again. Once it’s back on, it has to restore all pages due to forced shut down. I know it’s not an issue of RAM, it’s got 16GB. Even though the computer looks and feels perfect, it’s not worth the issues I’m having. Overall, I wouldn’t buy this again for fear of experiencing problems you shouldn’t have with a brand new laptop. ... show more
