Love this MacBook Pro. The 16in screen is great! The speed is amazing as I do a lot of video editing and it handles the workload with ease. FYI I use Final Cut Pro and the other programs in the Apple creator suite and it handles flawlessly!

MacBook arrived in good condition and works flawlessly. However, I am concerned about the packaging the MacBook came in, specifically the insufficient amount of packing material around the macbook (just one layer of bubble wrap), which could have still caused damage in transit since the MacBook was loosely moving around in the box. Thankfully, nothing happened but still worth pointing out. An aftermarket charger was included, which was not expected and feels fake. ... show more

I waited 5 months before writing a review and I'm glad I did. #1. The seller locked out Siri so it is not available to be used. #2. The delete key is already stopping to work which is unacceptable at this price point and the simple fact they are obviously not honest about their refurbishing of their products. #3. The charger is also faulty - there are wires showing - I've had MacBook pro charger for years and now within 5 months, I no longer have a working charger. I have contacted the seller and not heard back - I would highly recommend finding another source for your Macbook needs. ... show more
