Iba a realizar la compra directamente desde Apple pero demoraba varias semanas, me puse a buscar en Amazon y encontré esta con las especificaciones que andaba buscando. Soy de Costa Rica, acá los revendedores de Apple las venden mucho más caras y por eso preferí arriesgarme y pedirla por acá (tomando en cuenta el envío hasta Miami, y de Miami a Costa Rica, que se pudiera golpear o algo). Llegó en exc condiciones. Respecto a la Mac en sí, es realmente rápida; yo uso Adobe Premiere, Ilustrador, Photoshop, After Effects y en general me ha ido bien. Muy contenta con la compra hasta el momento. **Si alguien de Costa Rica anda buscando opciones como yo, les recomiendo utilizar el casillero de Dual; cuidan que los pedidos lleguen bien y dan un exc servicio** ************************ *Update casi 5 meses después* Sigo amando esta mac, súper rápida, la batería dura bastante, la pantalla (Liquid Retina XDR display) es exc. Ha sido una exc inversión. Lo único (que no lo pensé bien al inicio) es el tamaño. Por lo general la ando por todos lados y es un poco pesada al andarla.     • Slick machine — if you can afford it.
Love my new 16" 2021 MacBook Pro A2485. Super-powerful, super-fast and the rightsize. Compared to my 2019 13" MBP, I love that they added HDMI and SDHC card ports back onto the laptop. So much simpler than having dongles everywhere. Apple's supply chains are backed up right now for 4-6 weeks, and I went with this Amazon reseller because they had something in stock. Delivery was fast and the machine is a joy. One thing that really surprised me is that Apple's prices are currently through the roof. This laptop, which uses the M1Pro chip and has 32Gb RAM and a 2Tb SSD, is considered "middle of the road" now in early 2022. And when a mid-level laptop costs over $4000 with AppleCare and tax, that means it's out of reach for a lot of Mac lovers. If work wasn't paying for this, I couldn't afford to replace my older MacBook. ... show more

    • Keyboard stopped working after 1 month use
Did not start using this computer until about 3 to 4 weeks ago and I bought it at the end of January so I cannot return it. However I have found that the keyboard is not working correctly and I do not know why that is. I guess I will have to take it up with Apple.
