This runs the latest Mac OS Tahoe. The screen is good and clear. 4.5K is easy to see. The speed is very nice. It runs faster than expected. It lets me run virtual machines I need for work. It has good connectivity through WiFi and Ethernet. The keyboard and mouse were Apple and very expensive! Quality wasn’t cutting corners on this purchase. I’ve got 2 of them one 8GB RAM and the other 16GB. The Mac OS lets me screen share such that setting them side by side, my mouse jumps from screen to screen and the keyboard does that too! This lets me also have 2 or more windows open running on one machine with some of those windows on each machine from ONE machine! Using two doesn’t stop there. I can have my iPad be an extended screen too! The whole environment works together to make my user experience satisfying. The iMac itself? Very impressed with the cosmetic condition and performance of this refurbished iMac. I was nervous buying a used computer but the price convinced me to take a chance. Computer looks like new- no signs of wear and tear at all. What a steal for the price! My only gripe would be that it comes with a Bluetooth (wireless) mouse and keyboard- but when setting up a Mac, you cannot connect or use Bluetooth devices until you are fully logged in. You will need to purchase a wired keyboard to set up the Mac. Other than that, very smooth experience. I would definitely recommend this seller. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I purchased the 16GB RAM, 1TB model in blue, and it seems brand new! There weren’t any scuff marks or signs of wear at all — it looked like it had barely been touched. Mine also came with all the accessories. Before buying, definitely check the “Additional Info” section — it usually lists what accessories are included. From what I’ve seen, the ones priced around $800 tend to come with everything original, so it’s worth comparing. As for how it runs — super smooth. I was able to upgrade to macOS Tahoe really easily, and everything has been working perfectly so far. I’ve only had it for a few days, but no issues yet at all! I’ll update later if anything changes, but for now, I’d give it a solid 10/10 experience. ... show more

I was so excited to receive this product today, all that has faded. I've been trying to connect the mouse AND keyboard for an HOUR. It does not register it AT ALL. Neither of the ones I received are the magic mouse or keyboard.... I've tried with the USB also multiple times and neither work. Just ridiculous honestly. The instructions are also vague (directed towards the magic mouse & keyboard) and don't provide any important detailed information. ********* UPDATE ********** The keyboard never worked causing me to not be able to do anything with the computer - the mouse started working until hours later and because of this, I obviously wasn't able to do much of anything except TRY to find a way around this since the keyboard did not work. Obviously, I was not able to type anything to be able to sign in etc because of the faulty keyboard they sent not working. After hours, on my own accord, I was searching ways to either fix this or find a way around this. Neither of my other bluetooth keyboards would have worked because I needed to pair the devices 1st (which would require I actually be able to log in yet to PAIR them! But I still attempted it) . Thankfully, my technology skills aren't horrible so I was able to locate the accessibility options through the startup options screen. I was then able to pull up the VIRTUAL keyboard from THE computer and login that way. It was beyond frustrating to spend all that time doing this just because they sent a keyboard that does not work. The mouse was bad, disconnected often and thankfully I already had other mouses that do work so that was an easy fix once I was able to login with the computer's virtual keyboard to pair MY mouses to the computer. The computer itself works good. I will not be going through the hassle of replacing it because as to right now, it has worked (only reason I'm keeping it). But the ACTUAL point is, there's no reason to send faulty equipment. Other customers have received the right magic mouse AND keyboard so why is this not done for EVERY customer?????? Even then, I wouldn't have been upset if the crap mouse and keyboard they sent would have actually been CONNECTING and working properly (The keyboard is useless and doesn't work AT ALL with no device. It never worked with my iPad either, just useless.) ... show more

Product is fine. Seller sent wrong power plug. Supposed to get type B-3 pin (North American) and got European power plug. Seller wanted me to send back entire computer (after extended delivery delay) to get a correct power plug. I sent pictures and information to seller. Ended up buying one myself.
