Love the oversized curser pad and back lit keyboard. Great for working in low light! This computer has everything you need. The screen has high resolution and good contrast. The audio, higher quality than I expected. Fast Wi Fi speed and a slim design. All and all, Super great value!!

I should have sent it back. I loved it while it worked. The keyboard lit up, but didn't do anything else. No picture on the screen.

Within the second use it completely froze on me, ultimately leaving it fully useless. Even tried to get it fixed but nothing worked.

If it is touchscreen, I haven't used it and probably never will, the mouse works just fine, thank you. Solid state so fast given the internet speeds here, definitely thin and the Geeks to You says they rarely get calls to fix them which is why I bought it.

I'm really liking this lap top computer. The keyboard is easy to use, although I still need to learn where some things are that are different from my previous desk top keyboard. I looked for one with the number pad because I use that often, this one is very easy. Not being tech savvy I found it very easy to set up and getting rid of the S(afety) feature that would only allow me to use Microsoft apps was very easy. I set it to connect with my previous computer so that everything I had on it transferred to this one then I turned that off so the computer could be used by someone else, also a very easy process.
