Christmas of 2019 my father-in-law decided to buy my 11 year old what he believed to be a really nice computer with all the bells and whistles, so my child would have a great system to play the online games and his VR. It worked well for a while but then began to crash. NexiPC has had our computer for an extended period of 2020 and says they cannot duplicate the issue. The first time they had it and returned it, it worked for a few days and then back to crashing. They then had us to load a program that allowed them to watch in real time. It did the same things with them watching (which they readily acknowledged they saw the issue). We then boxed it up and sent it off again. We heard nothing for weeks. My wife finally asked what was going on and it mysteriously showed up at our home a few days letter. Of course it did the same thing again. They claimed we must have an electrical issue causing the problem. First, we live in a brand new home. Second, there is another computer running on the same electrical circuit with no issues. Long story short... it is now out of warranty and 'there is nothing we can do further to assist you' with a 'it must be something you are doing to causing the issue'. We now have a colorful $1,500+ paper weight. We asked for a refund but they are not willing to do this. If you purchase from them...BUYER BEWARE!!! P.S. They further said..."Our recommendation would be to contact a local repair technician that can come to your home and diagnose the issue there. If they are able to determine the issue they should be able to help resolve it quickly." Just thought it ridiculous they think a local company should be able to resolve the issue quickly but NexiPC admittedly does not have a clue!! To add insult to injury, I was going to go take a picture of the screen to attach and the PC tower comes on but will no longer display on the monitor...But NexiPC had no problems when they had the unit in their shop?!?!?! ... show more

This computer has everything you need to run games well, from a large pool of RAM, a solid processor with good core number and clock speed, all the way down to a GPU and SSD that will improve your experience. The only thing I dislike about this computer is that it doesn't come with Windows 7, which means I have to install that manually. Most of you who want Windows 10 don't need to worry about that, though, that's just a gripe of mine because I prefer to work with Windows 7. If you don't, or just really want Windows 10, this 4 star rating will go up to a 5. ... show more

Couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Ran into an issue with the motherboard when it first arrived. Their support was great very helpful and knowledgeable. Took a little longer than I had hoped with response time but overall a really great experience working with them.

    • Do not buy!
Do not buy this computer only took a year to have bsod from I’m guessing hardrive failure or motherboard. Either way the pc expires right after that 1 year warranty which a company should not be doing. Now it’s a 2k paperweight don’t ever buy from here.
