Wow. What’s not to like. Very sturdy …I travel with this every week. Plays all the games I want. Currently playing cyberpunk and rocket league without issues. Had this since March. Everyday use with no issues.

    • Too good to be true
My poor 10 year old laptop was so outdated. It couldn't play any of the MMO's I had been playing for years like Wow for instance. I broke down and purchased this and boy am I glad I did. Super fast start up, download speeds are back to normal and games play smoothly with no lag! Plus all the 2tb space means I can do all kinds of other things I couldn't do before on the old beater. Office work is a breeze, and multiple windows don't even slow it down one bit. Good buy, I may be getting another for someone else soon! Update: Well, I knew it was too good to be true. Within one day of the warranty expiring, and Asus popping up 89 dollar a year extension offers, the F keys stopped working. A couple of days after that, the fan started making a horrific sound, which I find out is the bearings on the rotor of the fan base. Short end of it: Computer shop says about 4-500 dollars to repair it because this is a high end laptop. Zero customer service. Tries over and over to get someone to talk to but it was all automated, do it yourself robo mania. So my 1,000 dollar baby, which I really loved, is dying and I can't do anything about it. Not paying 500 dollars to have it repaired and I am sure as heck not ever buying anything from Asus again. ... show more

    • No customer service at all!
During the set up process the keyboard locked up. Thinking I might have hit something wrong, I worked with it for a couple days, nothing worked. Tried to contact the seller through Amazon's message system and got no responce. Tried to contact the seller by phone, got no answer. Now it looks like I'm going to have to go through a huge hassle to return this product. I don't like giving bad reviews, but I am a disabled veteran on a limited income and cannot afford to spend this kind of money only to have a product fail right out of the box. Update: The laptop reset itself and I got it working. It has been a wonderful laptop since. I'm not giving 5 stars because their customer service is horrible. ... show more

If you use Linux for web developing, I recommend to use PoP OS (based on Debian-Ubuntu). Excellent performance working at the same time with many browser's tabs, devTools, 5-7 vsCode windows, terminals, database interfaces, docker containers...
