Ok I've had this computer for about 1.5 months now, so far so good. Runs every vr game I own flawlessly (vrc can struggle, but good luck finding a bulletproof vrc computer under 2k) yes it has its draw backs (no camera inboard mic) but makes up for it tenfold with practicality. Would suggest all day

I finally took the plunge and replaced my old ASUS laptop and purchased the 2020 ASUS ROG Zephyrus G14 14" for music production and recording, I got the 24GB RAM version. It's amazing, incredibly fast ! There is zero delay when recording vocals. I would have given this a 5 star rating, but I was a little disappointed that there was no AniMe Matrix, which is no big deal except I was led to believe that all of the 2020 ASUS ROG Zephyrus G14 14" had it. Also, the 14" screen is a little too small for music production, I'll probably have to purchase a bigger monitor. All that being said, I highly recommend this laptop... Love it! ... show more

I wasn't expecting to get such good build quality. Nice to see outside of a mac or a Lenovo. what is good is really good - fast great cpu. - keyboard and touch pad feel amazing. - software that is actually useful; can limit batter charge for life. - small. really that's what i wanted. I am super tired of a gigantic laptop, you'd never think this is a gaming laptop. - battery, it's big and last a long time. - refresh rate -material /construction is fantastic. maybe the monitor is more wobbly than i like Bad. - the monitor colors. they are the typical-cheapo-washed-out look. It looks like an ok panel from 2012, man can't you just charge another 50, please? - finger print sensor. I don't get it. I can't get it to work. When trainning it if you keep training with the same finger it identities it as a duplicate, but in-spite of that i've never see it work on signin. - one soldered ram stick. come-on. -no camera. A cheap camera is useful. they dont' need to be that great. -monitor frame could be more rigid. it's not bad but it does have some flex. Personal. nice balance between power and power efficiency. i.e. battery life ... show more
