    • A great looking device which did not turn on
I give 1 point for the product. 3 Points for the service. All in all 2 points. Why? On the outside the product was in excellent condition. Only a minor dent on the upper right corner of the screen frame. No scratches otherwise and the rest of the device was looking like new. So, good enough for 5 points. I have to reduce this to 1 point because the device was dead in the water and did not start up. Also not with all the tricks Apple and other sources provide. So I had to send it back and to ask for a refund. This all worked out and All Out Apple handled this correctly, professional, with free return and according to their policies. However, even if I take into account that All Out Apple understandingly wants to make sure that the correct item is returned the process was too complicated and took until refund recognition on my account 13 days! That is for a reasonable amount of money as involved here simply too long. Thats the the reason for 3 points here. I am sure the return process can be changed into a more suitable one for both sides and I strongly encourage All Out Apple to do so. I also encourage All Out Apple to improve their quality control process to avoid situations like this in the first place. ... show more
