I got the specs I was expecting. But I didn't get the space grey macbook I was hoping for. I received a silver macbook with grey textured sticker like material covering the whole macbook. Afraid to take it off as I am not sure what I will find. The condition was not exactly what I would call excellent condition. Keys are glossed from use. Cleaned with a material that left lint everywhere on the Macbook. The battery seems to be in decent shape shockingly. For a refurbished laptop this is in excellent condition!! Hardly used except few minor dings on the corners but they're so small and are coverable by a case. Overall, very well taken care of. Come with a screen protector and everything works great, no glitches or problems! Battery holds well!

After having it for about three months now I can honestly say that I’m very pleased with the performance of this laptop. It’s pretty quick, has no scratches and physically looks brand new. No major issues other then some apps can be updated but I can use them just fine. The battery isn’t the best, if I’m using for a long time like three hours for example, it’ll be almost dead and have to be charged. But other than that I highly recommend this laptop. ... show more

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough that I feel I need to warn others. I purchased a refurbished Apple 2020 MacBook Pro and it was a disaster from the moment I opened the box. The first red flag was that the laptop arrived completely dead, no battery charge at all, which is unusual for any electronic device. Once I plugged it in and turned it on, I immediately noticed several major issues: 1. Caps Lock Light Stuck On: The caps lock key light was constantly on, even when the MacBook was fully powered off. This was not just odd, but likely the reason why the battery drains extremely fast. 2. Broken Shift Key: The shift key (just below the caps lock key) didn’t work at all, making normal typing impossible. 3. Weird Screen Glitch: Every time I shut the computer down, it displayed a bizarre static screen (attached in photo), which makes me question if the internal components were even properly checked or replaced during refurbishment. I submitted a return request the same day I received it, and although the item has already been returned, I’m still waiting for a refund. Amazon's return process has been slower than expected, which only adds to the frustration. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed. I expected a working product, refurbished does not mean broken. Save yourself the headache and avoid this seller if you’re looking for a reliable refurbished laptop. ... show more
