Honestly, nothing to dislike. I do prefer having the 10-key number pad. But I'll do just fine without it. Touch screen works fine. Versatile and SUPER lightweight.     • Is what was wanted
This product was almost everything I wanted. It did fit all I needed. Pros: Very fast and responsive Lightweight Thin Looks nice Doesn't overheat Thunderbolt port works well (I was looking for an in budget laptop with a thunderbolt port to hook up to an eGPU enclosure. It couldn't have been more easy than this. Hooked it up to a Sonnet breakaway box with a GTX1070ti and was impressed) There were a few unexpected cons though Cons: 256GB harddrive - not really a con and it explicitly says this, and I think there is a 500GB version as well, but 256 ended up being too small for the games I wanted to play. External hard drive works perfectly well though, haven't looked into upgrading the laptops hard drive yet. Bigger cons: only 2 usb ports not including thunderbolt port no ethernet port None of these have been big problems, I bought a usb splitter and an ethernet-to-usb adapter, I only knocked off a star because I did not notice the lack of ethernet port and small number of USB slots until I started using it frequently as an occasional mobile gaming rig with eGPU, and it required some extra hardware to reach my version of "perfection". ill give 8.5/10 and would recommend.     • Tragically horrible computer
1. Didn’t get the correct color 2. Webcam doesn’t work 3. Heavy 4. It just goes dark. I worked with a family member who is a Microsoft engineer to try to get it working. After many hours of troubleshooting was unsuccessful. I got this laptop to zoom with clients and am going to have to cancel an entire day of work because of this very bad computer.     • WiFi problems due to a poor quality card
Great design and very fast boot time. I like how easy it is to open the laptop and change the M.2 & wireless card without unhooking a lot of hardware. I changed the laptop M.2 with Samsung Evo 512 Gb upon arrival. I also found out a couple of days later that the wifi keep disconnecting. Done some research and found out that other customers had this problem and the solution was to change the wifi card. So I did and got more range and better performance. ... show more

    • Fingerprint scanner does not work
I received my laptop today and even though I do love it so far, the one complaint I have is that the fingerprint scanner does not work which is very disappointing to me since it is a brand new computer! If there is a way to fix this that would be great otherwise I will be requesting a replacement.
