Computer is clean and runs well! No real signs of wear anywhere. Highly recommend! Could use a little more packaging is all. Had a similar computer shipped from another seller with similar packaging and it arrived with a dented display and intern a cracked screen.

Bought in August, 3 month return period ended in November, computer just literally stopped working beginning of January. Went to Apple Store, tech said they couldn’t figure it out, best they could do is replace mother board for $689 with only 3 month warranty as well. All my data gone. Lesson learned: don’t buy refurbished, get new with expended warranty. ... show more

The computer was in excellent condition. Big problem….. the space bar doesn’t work. They won’t send a direct replacement of the laptop. Amazon just offered a partial refund
