This device is definitely a steal at this price. Bought this to replace my 10.5” iPad Pro. Surprisingly, the box was still unopened, basically brand new. When I activated, it even gave me the full warranty since I was the first user. Sadly, the device did come with a single pixel always stuck on green :(. Came with a charger not made for an iPad, I could have it plugged in and it would take hours to get a couple of %...it couldn’t hold a charge, god forbid I use it while it was charging, it would die. I really needed something to draw with at the time so instead of returning it and waiting on a refund I had to go buy the correct charger and cable myself ... show more

My cellular service would not activate on this iPad because it is blocked by T-Mobile. I called T-Mobile and they told me this iPad was on the previous owner's account and is not paid off. They will not unblock it until the previous owner pays their bill. Of course, I have no idea who owned it before. DO NOT PURCHASE!!! Suspect these iPads are stolen. ... show more
