This seemed the cheapest legit bike on the market so I got it and it came pretty quickly. I only get 25-27 but that's plenty fast enough for me. Haven't tested range yet, but it's fun so far. Easy to set up but take your time to do it right. As soon as it's not 30° outside I'll try it out more for distance. It just keeps raining or being freezing out when I try to ride to work. I'll update if range isn't at least 40 but at my weight and speed I'll be going, I don't expect more than 40 out of it. ... show more

There are no excuses now. Arrived early. Assembled easily. Some of the assembly instructions are not in order and some views are obscured. No flaws, arrived in excellent condition. This IS a nice bike. I bought 2 on clearance. Did 15 miles as soon as I Assembled it. It's over a 102° by noon here. Good thing it does over 30mph to cool my ass down. It's fast and 100% fun. I'm in the Ozarks. Lots of trails. Easy to ride and seems to be tough as it looks. If you're thinking about a serious but fun ride then I recommend this one. If you don't pick this one and the other brand breaks down, you're gonna think to yourself as you feel regret, "I wished I would've listened to that one guy." ... show more

This is my very first ebike, and after months and months of research I decided to purchase this one. I'm a big guy so wanted to make sure it would fit and I wouldn't look like some dork. It is perfect. I am thrilled with the purchase. I've already put on about 30 miles on the bike. It goes together easily if you follow the directions carefully. I recommend you make yourself very familiar with how it operates if you haven't had an ebike before. It was very intuitive for me to use but everyone thinks differently. Buyer Beware! The bike arrived damaged (front fork and wheel bent). I thought it might straighten out upon riding but on initial ride the controller immediately displayed various error codes and pedal assist failed. After trying to find any kind of company support I decided to return it. Return shipping is impossible; still a mystery what company they use but buyer is still responsible for charges. Went to UPS it was going to be $550 to ship to California from my location near St Louis MO due to weight and size. Between the initial and return shipping that’s pretty close to the cost of the bike itself. So now I’ve got a project e-bike that I’ll fix myself and give it to a friend or sell cheap. Do not do business with Pujh e-bikes and more specifically KJXebike-us. Absolutely no support of any kind. Lesson learned. ... show more
