My old bicycle accompanied me for many years, but over time it became increasingly difficult to climb the hills of the city. I did not want to give up exercise, so I decided to try an electric bike. The idea came from my beloved granddaughter, Guadalupe de la Santísima Trinidad, who one day told me: “Grandpa, don’t be stingy, buy a good bike and take me for rides.” That motivated me to look for a bike that fit my budget, my height of 1.83 meters, and my weight of 220 pounds. After doing a lot of research, I chose the PUJH electric bike with a 2000W motor, extra-large frame, 29-inch wheels, and 21 speeds. The extra gears are very helpful when the battery runs out and I need to keep pedaling or climb steep hills. I also appreciated the excellent pre-sale service. I had questions about replacement parts, and they assured me that spare parts will be available in the future, which is important to me since I like to do my own maintenance and repairs. The bike arrived in perfect condition and was easy to assemble. In my experience, it has reached speeds between 20 and 30 miles per hour and has provided a range close to 60 miles, fully matching what the seller advertised. Most importantly, it has allowed me to stay active, go to work, do my shopping, and enjoy long rides with my granddaughter Guadalupe de la Santísima Trinidad around the city and along the riverbanks, one of her favorite places.     • IT A HIT OR MISSS, UNSTABLE AND IT DOESN"T FEEL LIKE 2000WATTS Bike.

**Powerful bike, but performance feels inconsistent** I bought this PUJH 2000W electric bike because I expected strong performance from a 2000W motor. A friend of mine has the same bike, weighs around 232 lbs, and his bike reached up to 35 mph. I weigh about 205 lbs, and even after maxing out the settings and power levels, mine only reaches around 26 mph. The biggest concern is that once the bike gets close to 25 mph, it starts to feel wobbly, which does not feel safe or stable. For a bike advertised with this much power, I expected better consistency and confidence at higher speeds. It seems like the performance may be hit or miss depending on the unit you receive. I really wanted to love it, but between the speed difference and the wobble, I’m disappointed. I hope the seller can make this right with a replacement, discount, or support. ... show more

What a difference 21 gears make. If you're considering buying a bike do yourself a favor and buy a 21 speed. With a 7 speed when you crack it open there's no resistance, you're just along for the (slow) ride. With this bike I can keep it mainly in the highest gear and only use pedal assist #2 or #3, out of 5, and I can go 14 miles averaging 16mph without even using 1 bar on the battery level. I've had it up to 32 mph on peddle assist #5 and still be able to peddle. You can program it to get all the way up to #9 but I don't need to. Okay here's the review. It was fairly easy to assemble. It's BIG, when they say XL they're not kidding. I'm 6'2" and can barley swing my leg over the seat. It's seems to be very sturdy except the tires, I got a flat riding on the road so I trashed them and installed Schwalbe Marathon Plus tires and tubes, a HUGE upgrade, that why I gave it 4 stars. The battery life is great and if you peddle it seems you can go forever. The saddle is actually very comfortable, after an hour riding, zero fatigue. It's heavy but I have no problem lifting it into my truck. No real comparison to my other ebike, this is a blast to ride. There's better bikes out they're expensive. For a thousand bucks including the upgraded tires I think it's a good deal. ... show more

This seemed the cheapest legit bike on the market so I got it and it came pretty quickly. I only get 25-27 but that's plenty fast enough for me. Haven't tested range yet, but it's fun so far. Easy to set up but take your time to do it right. As soon as it's not 30° outside I'll try it out more for distance. It just keeps raining or being freezing out when I try to ride to work. I'll update if range isn't at least 40 but at my weight and speed I'll be going, I don't expect more than 40 out of it. ... show more

Bike was easy to assemble, with only one piece missing - the cap/switch for the shock lock-out. I'm sure they would replace it, but I'm returning the bike instead. Description says 34 mph, but 27mph is the best I can get it to do (180 lbs). Bike seems underpowered for the weight, definitely not 2000 watt, maybe 750? Description also mentions turn signals which it does not have, but I like the integrated headlight and tail/brakelights. It coasts well and pedals easier than other lighter e-bikes I've had, but it doesn't seem worth the extra $$. It's performance is about the same as my previous e-bike that costs 60% of this one. ... show more

There are no excuses now. Arrived early. Assembled easily. Some of the assembly instructions are not in order and some views are obscured. No flaws, arrived in excellent condition. This IS a nice bike. I bought 2 on clearance. Did 15 miles as soon as I Assembled it. It's over a 102° by noon here. Good thing it does over 30mph to cool my ass down. It's fast and 100% fun. I'm in the Ozarks. Lots of trails. Easy to ride and seems to be tough as it looks. If you're thinking about a serious but fun ride then I recommend this one. If you don't pick this one and the other brand breaks down, you're gonna think to yourself as you feel regret, "I wished I would've listened to that one guy." ... show more
