I bought this dehumidifier to replace the one I had in my basement for 10 plus years. I was surprised at how compact it is. It was easy to set up & is very quiet. It does an extremely good job of getting the moisture out of the air. The only complaint is the water reserve is small. I didn't pay enough attention to the tank size. Since it dehumidifies so well, I do have to empty the tank every day. Other than that, Bublue Dehumidifier is well worth the money & does a great job.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a flooded basement, and it was an absolute nightmare. Thankfully, I came across this dehumidifier on Amazon, and I must say, this device has been an absolute game-changer for me. First and foremost, the efficiency of this dehumidifier is remarkable. After setting it up in my basement, it quickly got to work and started extracting excess moisture from the air. The screen on top of the unit is a fantastic feature, displaying the current humidity level in real-time, allowing me to keep a close eye on the progress. What I love most about this dehumidifier is its versatility. It offers two different modes of operation: continuous run and humidity level maintenance. During the flooding, I had it running continuously to extract as much moisture as possible. But even after the flooding had subsided, I decided to keep it running due to the excessive rain we've been experiencing. And boy, am I glad I did! Despite no longer dealing with flooding, this dehumidifier consistently fills up a 5-gallon bucket every few days, indicating just how much excess moisture it's effectively eliminating from the air. The build quality of this dehumidifier is top-notch, and it's evident that the manufacturer paid attention to detail. The controls are intuitive and easy to use, and the overall design is sleek and compact. It seamlessly blends into my basement space without being obtrusive. The quality of the construction, design, and function are all very high quality. The price is a truly great value. The machine functions perfectly, emitting almost imperceptible noise, pulling water out of the air efficiently and giving the user a choice of settings. You can set the humidity level you prefer for the machine to reach and then shut off and go back on when the humidity exceeds your setting. You also can run it continuously, but in that mood I would recommend a drain hookup, which the machine has the option to accommodate. Also there is a sleep mode which has it running at a reduced volume of air. The customer service is quick to respond to questions and are obviously looking to establish an excellent customer base. I think they will do very well. We have had several other dehumidifiers in the past and the Bublue is the best we've owned, including big name brands. It just outperforms the others in reducing the humidity and running so quietly you can hardly hear it! It is also a clean design that doesn't look out of place in a family room or bedroom. As you can probably tell, we love this machine. It is one of the best purchases we have made on Amazon in the many years we have been buying from them!

My first dehumidifier was a Crane. The specs says that it removes 1.25 pints of moisture per day. So far I don't see that happening on a 55-60% humidity in the bathroom. However, you can change the speed (low or high), and the timer (4, 8 hrs or continuous). It can take almost a week to reach half of the bucket. This BuBlue 2000 is definitely an upgrade. And the controls are not that complicated at all. Unlike the Crane, you can set the humidity. With the setting 55%, I have to empty the bucket at daily. If set to 60%, the bucket fills up every 2 days. The unit is quiet too measuring about 54 db if running on low speed, 48 db for the Crane, and 64 db for the Hisense 25 pint dehumidifier. For continuous operation, you can attach the accompanying hose. This unit does not have a built in pump, but that is okay. It took care of the musty smell in the laundry, which is a big plus. However, I am hoping that it will last long.

Dehumidifier was easy to set up & use. Instructions were easy to understand. Works great in our basement! The drainage hose is so nice to drain directly into Sump, Tub or Sink. Would recommend for anyone wanting the auto-drain convenience!

I have had a dehumidifier for twenty years when it stopped. I use it in my finished basement and even though it doesn’t smell or feel musty there is always water in the container,! My one major complaint is the print in your booklet. The light print over the light paper made it really impossible to read !,, I could only catch a word here and there and I was ready to send the dehumidifier back when I finally got it started. Please consider making it bolder I would like you to send me a copy in black ink on white paper, so I can operate the Humidifier as it should be. I thank you,

We originally purchased this for individual rooms within our house and it works pretty well. The water storage bucket fills quickly (which means it's working) and is easy to empty. You can use a continuous drain hose (include), but it requires gravity. This is now basically repentantly sitting in our laundry room (up-high) draining into the same pipe as our washer and has done good job of keeping our basement area ~20% lower humidity so far.
