So when I first got these I put them in my shoes and headed out to go shopping. Mistake. They fit perfectly in my shoe, however in that position the arch was too close to my heal. It hurt really bad. So it trimmed down the toe significantly so I could move them further down in the shoe. This did the trick and they work well now. You should know that the arches are VERY high in these. If you don’t have big arches these may hurt. It they do I recommend you trim them like I did. I took probably 1 1/2 inches off. I wear a 6.5 shoe. When moving them I noticed my heals hurt a lot less with these in place. It’s just a matter of getting them in the right position.

I wanted good insoles for a change, being i work a minimum 10 hours a day on concrete, with nonstop movement. So i bought these insoles. My first thought was a cheap flimsy toe area and rock hard hard arch, but I wanted to give them a shot. I wore them to work half a day then made it another half, by then my feet hurt worse than they did with my worn-out insoles. So lucky I hadn't thrown them away yet and put them back in my boots and returned the product. In the package it says these insoles wont fit 7% of people. That made me think that there are roughly 7.951 Billion people in the world and there are roughly 333 million in the United States of America. 7% is of 7.951 Billion is 556.7million people. That is a huge number of shoe/bootthat the company knows the insoles knows it will not be comfortable or fit the properly. Next time I'll just get my insoles from the dollar store like I usually do and not waste my money. It is my fault for not looking further into the product more, I only learn the hard way and this was a painful/ hard way.
