Upon receiving and assembling the Orymuse wine & beverage 24” refrigerator one can notice that this refrigerator is well built and has a solid construction. The separate temperature compartments can hold both cool and cold setting beverages is certainly plus and a convenience. The unit holds enough beverages to host an evening event (wine & beer). Its motor runs very quiet and the glass doors with its blue light makes this refrigerator an elegant piece to our home. The operations to regulate the temperature settings are user friendly and easy to adjust. Keeps beverages cool and cold. The only issue I encountered was with one of the refrigerator door handles did not match the holes on the door. I was only able to attach one of the door handles. A bit frustrated, I emailed the customer service dept. That same date, to my surprise, I received an email response within an hour. I provided the necessary evidence, including photo to their customer service team and within 24 hours they confirmed to ship a new door handle and apologized for the inconvenience. Within 4 days, I received the door handle in good order. The door handle holes lined up perfectly and now the refrigerator is complete. I am sincerely satisfied with this refrigerator performance thus far but more impressed on Orymuse customer service and support team. This is our first wine refrigerator and we weren't quite sure what to expect. This Orymuse 24 inch dual zone wine fridge has done well but the shelves can be a little tight at times and isn't as quiet as we hoped. All in all, the fridge does fine and does what we need it to do just wish it was a little more quiet and easier to use with pulling out the shelves. ... show more

Really like this beverage cooler! The first one made a pulsing rattle noise. Their customer support was great! They were very responsive. After a small amount of troubleshooting, they decided to send a replacement. The replacement works perfectly. The first one did arrive with some damage to the box, so FedEx it’s probably responsible for the rattling noise. The double insulated glass doors prevent any condensation which I’ve had happen on others. The look is very high end. ... show more
