I cannot recommend this carrier enough! I'd been looking for a carrier for my 2 floofs/cats that I could travel with, go to the vet with etc. and was hoping that it would help soothe my other cats anxiety. He notoriously hated the large hard carrier I had for him. I always had a towel or blanket on the bottom, but he hated the spring door and latch. This soft carrier is extremely well built, sturdy, stable, and very spacious for larger cats. The bottom pad is wood with a thin plush gray velvet over it. It's thin but very soft. Fine for everything except going on very long journeys. There are locking zippers, metal side hooks for the shoulder strap instead of plastic, which impressed me, top, side, front and attachment side doors. When you unzip the mesh doors, you roll them up and stick them to Velcro to stay. There are handles and a shoulder strap, but it's easy to carry. There are metal pieces sewn into the side fabric, so the carrier never sags. The carrier is true to size, because I did measure it when I set it up. It had the smell of a new piece of luggage for a few days when I first had it out. Nothing too overpowering and I'm extremely sensitive to chemical smells like the animals. I mention this because in my research for carriers, I'd seen carriers I was interested in, only to see in the 1 and 2 star reviews that they had a very strong chemical smell. This carrier does not have that. I researched for a long time something that would help my cat Gabriel travel comfortably and change his perception of traveling. I put this carrier out with the main carrier door and the attachment pop up open and the door on the attachment open the minute I got it because his vet visit was 6 days away and I wanted him to get used to it before I put him in it. My girl Stella stayed in it right from the start. But it took about 2 days for both of them to "claim" it. She took to it right away. He followed her lead 2 days later. They've been sleeping and playing in it ever since. I waited to write this review until I traveled with Gabriel and took him to the vet in it. I'm extremely happy to say, we had a very successful day! I also switched his vet because the last one moved too fast, and the office was noisy and chaotic in general, so I changed the vet and the carrier to change his experience of having to go out. I threw a treat into his carrier and then zipped up the front door, so I didn't even need to pick him up and force him in. The last 2 pictures are Gabriel in the carrier waiting to go into his appointment today. He wasn't overly happy going in lol He did still cry a little bit coming and going from the vet, but nothing like he used to. Plus I sprayed Sentry's Calming Spray (recommended) into the carrier 30 minutes before we left. I also left 2 toys that were in there with him and attached a black travel pack bag (6th picture) that had velcro tabs that I could attach for traveling since I knew he can be a shy and anxious cat in the past when traveling. Normally, it is open mesh top. The mesh held up with him as well. He is a 13 pound cat for reference. The 1st picture is my cat Stella checking this carrier out right after I got it and put it down on the floor. She's about 10 pounds to give you reference of size. What I love is this carrier acts as both a play zone and carrier all in one. You can easily customize it as well. I wish they'd put a security flap option on here but outside of that, they thought of everything. The attachment is very easy to close. It "pops" in or out depending on how you want it set up. There's plenty of room and it's very comfortable for cats that traditionally have problems in other carriers if you set the environment up right for them to feel comfortable in advance. Overall, I am so happy I bought this (because I was seriously considering another carrier for color I liked better but it was just a carrier with no attachments) and since I've gotten this, it has both relieved me, but more importantly my cat of those scary travel times. Plus, my cats LOVE playing in this, running in and out of it and sleeping in it in general. I've had cats all my life, I do cat rescue, have fostered in the past and network and this makes things so much easier going forward. Highly recommend.

I have yet to put my cats in it, but the setup was easy. I do wish there were more spots to secure it to the car but it fits very well. Edit: I found the other straps to secure it to the car, they’re great they just fell onto the floor in the set up, I have no complaints! My car is a ford maverick so I imagine it would take up less space in a larger car, it fits perfectly in my car and I like how it sits right against the front seat so it’ll be stable. I love the hard bottom and I’m sure the cats will love how comfortable it is since it’s soft. The zippers all have buckles which is great for escape artists. I will probably not take this out of my car and it will be something I put the cats in but another carrier will take them to and from. Overall this seems like a great carrier and I’m happy with the purchase especially for the price!

This carrier is great, very large and good sturdy material. My cat always hated the hard plastic carriers and the last flexible carrier i had was way too small for him-he would cry up a storm. It is very large and open, we have only used this carrier for trips to the Vets office, but if we would need to do a long trip-the extra compartment would be very helpful to give the cat more space. We also have two cats at home and it is big enough that if we would need to we could put both full grown cats in the carrier. The bottom insert if soft and will fit the entire bottom of the carrier when both sections are open and folds up when only one is open. We love the extra pockets around the outside of the carrier for all of the Vet paperwork we get at the appointments. The straps are sturdy and strong. The mesh sides are very thick and strong but are still easily to see through for your cat (ours seems to like to see things around him when he is in the carriers-resulting in less crying). When opening up the 'doors' of the carrier; there are Velcro strips on the carrier so you can roll the 'door' up and have it stick in place at the top so it is not flapping around. When you fold the carrier up completely it stores pretty flat and does not take up that much space. Overall i would highly recommend this carrier!!!

This is awesome for my Maine Coon! He was always panicked in his smaller carrier, this one is big and open. He is so relaxed when we are driving. He even hangs out in it in the house. It’s well built, the self locking zipper cabs are a great security idea!

I got this carrier for our very large cat on a long drive. He could stand up and turn around very easily in it with just the single section. I was able to also fit a small dish for water and food when we had pit stops. It was easy to run the seatbelt through the straps to secure him in place. Seems well made.

This carrier was perfect for traveling with our two 7-week old kittens. It fit very well in the back seat of our CRV between our two kids and we were able to use the strap to buckle it in. We loved all the different access points, so both kids could open the zippers to reach in to pet and play with the kittens in the car. It’s easy to carry and held its shape beautifully. We stayed with family for the week and the carrier functioned as a cozy bed for them at night. We loved that we could pop out the “extra room” which fit a small kitten litter box so they could have access to their litter, but still have a nice big space to sleep in. We folded their blanket and put it in for extra coziness to sleep on and there was still plenty of height (granted they’re still little). The design is very thoughtful with pockets for storing their equipment and easy locking zippers. The kittens love it and we couldn’t be happier with our choice.
