I purchased this chair about two months ago. I call it my outside out and about wheelchair 💖. I still use my manual custom wheelchair inside my home for reasons of keeping outside germs outside and also allowing me more exercise along with a daily exercise routine. I love this chair and no matter where I go I always get tons of questions and compliments lol on a wheelchair. This chair can handle the steep incline of my driveway.I use power setting 2 to get over door jamb heading out of my house setting #1 going down the ramp and driveway. When I go up the driveway I use the power setting on #3. The wheelchair is very comfortable. I am a plus size woman that is 5ft 4in about 260 pounds I’m built like a Minecraft character 😩😂I’m a stroke survivor I’m partially paralyzed on my left side I have limited mobility but able to walk short distances with a cane I have an additional armrest that I put on the chair for my stroke arm but sometimes I don’t use it because I like to tuck my arm inside of the wheelchair next to my leg this chair is extremely roomy for me I purchased a leg stabilizer belt for my legs that I need when I don’t want to wear my AFO I also use a back support cushion when needed The joystick is easy to use but takes a little bit of practice and getting used to battery life is long lasting periodically I have to adjust the bolts on the footrest so that it stays up for getting in and out of the wheelchair It has a Velcro strap underneath the seat that can be used to secure the footrest when it’s up and not in use I am extremely pleased with this wheelchair it has given me and my love ones relief and for me more freedom and independence I totally recommend this chair oh I forgot the phone holder is great just be careful going in and out of tight spaces with it I always turn it inward when dealing with tight spaces storage pockets are good I keep my light in the side zip pocket the back pocket I keep my leg stabilizer belt and the additional bag l keep a jacket or scarf in it I could go on and on about this wheelchair overall I really like this wheelchair it satisfies my expectations and needs ... show more

UPDATE; THIS CHAIR IS NOT EXACTLY RIGHT FOR ME, BUT IT WAS TOO MUCH TO RETURN. BUT THIS SELLER IS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!! THEY CONTACTED ME SEVERAL TIMES AND HAVE TRIED REALLY HARD TO RESOLVE SOME OF THE ISSUES I HAVE WITH THE CHAIR. THEY'VE LISTENED TO ME AND I HOPE IT HELPS THEM MAKE SOME IMPROVEMENTS. THEY SENT ME A AN ARMREST EXPANSION KIT TO MAKE IT MORE COMFORTABLE BY PUTTING MORE ROOM BETWEEN THE ARMRESTS, AND THAT HAS REALLY HELPED, I DON'T FEEL SO SQUISHED NOW AND THE BAR THAT WAS DIGGING INTO MY BUTT NO LONGER IS A PROBLEM. THERE'S NOTHING THEY CAN REALLY DO TO FIX THE OTHER ISSUES I HAVE, BUT MAYBE IT WILL HELP THEM IN THE FUTURE FOR IMPROVEMENTS. CONS; THE ARM RESTS ARE TOO SHORT; THE PHONE HOLDER ATTACHMENT MAKES IT HARD TO GET OUT OF THE CHAIR FOR A LARGER PERSON. THEY SAY IT'S 21 INCHES FROM ARMREST TO ARMREST BUT I DON'T KNOW. THERE.S METAL BARS THAT'S ATTTACH THE ARMREST TO THE SIDE OF THE CHAIR AND THE METAL BARS DIG INTO MY BUTT. First of all I have to say this chair has given me back my independence I lost since 2018. Im no longer bound to someone else taking me places while pushing me in my manual wheelchair. I was brought to tears the first time I used my amazing Chinfrean Chair. My husband says its so easy to break down and set up. Loading and unloading the chair is simple and he says it takes up less room in my hatch as my manual chair did. The joystick makes it so easy to operate. Great quality! It looks and works exactly as described. I am very happy with this. Excellent electric wheelchair. Very sturdy. I like it folds and fits in trunk without needing to tow a trailer. Battery is great. I can use all day on errands and it still has a full charge. It is hard to move around in doorways and tight spaces, but I think this is on me not the wheelchair. It can be pushed when I need. Thank you so much for this wheelchair to help my lack of mobility so I am not being such a burden to my husband and family having to only push my regular wheelchair all the time. ... show more
