Absolutely loving this machine I’m not a coffee expert or a professional reviewer, but I am an expert at not wasting money when I don’t have to — and I’m definitely a coffee‑needer. I bought this machine because I had a bunch of Nespresso‑compatible capsules that wouldn’t fit in my old Nespresso machine, and I realized I was about to spend the same amount of money on a month of original capsules anyway. So instead of wasting the ones I already had, I grabbed this machine. Honestly, best decision. The espresso comes out hot, smooth, and delicious. When I use ground coffee, it even lets me make two espressos at once, since that’s a full double dose. With capsules, it’s one at a time, because a single capsule is just a single serving. The steam wand is great — it froths milk beautifully. And I love that it gives clean hot water that doesn’t taste like coffee. I use dry milk, so being able to heat the water right from the machine and then froth it is perfect for me. It’s also really beautiful on the counter, super easy to clean, and simple to use. The only tiny thing is removing the used capsule by hand from a hot metal piece, but I got used to it almost immediately. Now it doesn’t bother me at all. Plugged it in. Started the cleaning process and it would not perform the basic process before you could make coffee or lattes or steam or hot water.
