When I first received the sofa and put it together, there was something about it that was driving me a little crazy, and I couldn’t quite put my finger on it. Eventually, I realized it was the height. The feet were too short for my liking. I ordered new feet, and that completely fixed the issue. Overall, this sofa is a great buy for the price. The seats are soft, spongy, and nicely bouncy, and I’ve even slept on it comfortably without any issues. I put it together with my 14-year-old son, and the assembly was fairly easy, it took us about an hour. I would definitely recommend this sofa, with the only caveat being the short feet. The couch is not very comfortable. The seat cushions do not sit flat on the couch they is an arc present due to the supporting structure that the cushions sit on are curved upward. Natually this was done to counteract sagging that will occur over time.

The second couch arrived 1 day after the first. There was a hole that should have been drilled in 1 of the parts and a threaded insert/nut glued in the hole. The hole was nit drilled and the threaded insert never installed. Customer service has given me the run around so i have removed a patch of fabric. Glued the pieces together with epoxy and used several narrow crown staples to insure it does not fall apart and injure someone. It took about 45 minutes to assemble, with the assistance of my 3 year old grandson. Probably shoulda taken 10 minutes or so. We just finished about an hour ago. The cushions are still "smooshed" but comfort is not likely. The furniture is likely best for college students or your first furniture purchase. I have no complaints other than i have serious concerns for long gevity. And as of now its not very comfortable to sit on ... show more
