    • Use Release before pouring!
I really want to love these molds....but, they are very difficult to remove. I didn't think to spray some release before pouring my first mold. It was very difficult to remove and I am afraid pulling to remove them may have thinned the silicone to where it will tear at some point. The outcome was okay. When I poured the first time I realized the ink would not sink. I removed some resin and put more ink in the mold at the half way mark. It sill wasn't the look I expected because the top of the crystal remained clear. Next time I will do in sections. Seems to be the only way. ... show more

    • Ugh!
First time ever that I had to use scissors and cut the mold to take out the resin piece. Very hard to unmold. I just cut it all off then threw away after I got the resin piece out. It's a shame because it makes for a cute candle holder.

    • CLOSELY look at picture. There is a gap!!! Finished product is same
I like how the finished product looks. When you insert the candle and light it, it looks beautiful. It is difficult to remove from the mold. Also there is a gap between the crystal and it bothers me so much I wish it wasn’t there.

This is beautiful. It allowed me to create something extraordinary! However, it is very hard to get out of mold. It’s an elegant touch though. Just wish it were easier to get out.
