The silicone bread mold is elastic, odorless, easy to clean even in the dishwasher, folds up and takes up very little space, which is very convenient for storage. The set also includes a spatula that can be used to separate the dough, a silicone brush and blades. Would definitely recommend buying this set!

Easy to clean, and the razors are perfect. All the basic tools you need to get started on your sourdough journey. I especially like the scraper, it is smooth and sharp. The entire set is easy to use and easy to clean. Now all you have to worry about is getting that starter to grow.

Just got it today and super excited to use it! Have gotten into making sourdough bread recently and this is such a nice sourdough starter kit! I always get tired of using the pots I have at home or bowls to mix the dough in and feel like this will make clean up time 10x faster. Super excited to try.

It's a good size and a nice kit. The banneton being silicone makes it easy to clean and easy to separate from dough. But a bit overpriced for what it is. Maybe because it's a whole kit. The scraper it comes with is especially good. The other items are basic, and I didn't need them, but might make for a nice gift set.

This would be a great gift set for someone just getting into sourdough, or a great beginner set for yourself! The silicone bowl was easy to clean, and easy to flour, and held my dough well. The dough was very sticky (my very first loaf) and so getting it out after proofing was a bit tough, but there were no bits stuck inside the silicone bowl once I got it loosened! I love the size of the basting brush, that will be fantastic for brushing butter onto bread. The scraper was also really handy and cut the dough well as well as scraped the dough up well. It was nice and comfortable to hold. The bread lame also worked perfectly and the blades are nice and sharp! The bowl folds up nice and flat too which makes for easy storage! I probably won’t bake with it, but it says you could so that’s nice. I also didn’t use it to mix anything - I don’t think it’s strong enough for me to do that, but maybe more experienced bakers could, I’m not sure. For me it’s too flimsy and light to mix thick dough in. But it’s absolutely perfect for proofing which is its main purpose! The only part that wasn’t 100% fantastic was the smaller knife, it wasn’t really sharp enough to cut into the dough. That can be easily fixed with a knife sharpener though (and honestly it might have just been because it’s my first time!) Overall, this was a fantastic product and will last me through many, many loaves!

The silicone proofing basket is nice not just for proofing bread, but also baking the bread in. When baking bread in the proofing basket, I do suggest adding more baking time to make sure it’s good all the way through. The other accessories that came with this set are nice too. I especially like the scraper. The only thing I’m not a huge fan of is the scoring tool. The razor blade is hard to put on without cutting yourself too. Be very careful when installing it. Everything is very easy to clean too.

This silicone banneton set is the way to go for all of your inclusion doughs. When making and proofing inclusion loaves they can get messy and leak out. With the silicone I don’t have to worry about the mess and my loaves come out just the same but without the mess. The other tools that come with it are definitely an added bonus.
