These are some great speakers to replace the factories in my 2010 F150. Very easy to install and are a perfect fit. Given the fact that they are 6x8's, the woofer isn't going to put out a ton of low end, but more than you'd think. The overall sound is really good, and would probably be even better if the speakers were amped. For a stereo, I am running a 2017 Pioneer AVH-2300NEX. ***My only caution is related to the wiring harness. The standard Metra wiring harness does not fit the metal connections on the rear of the speakers because one is larger than the other. I had to DIY it to make it fit securely. *** ... show more

These speakers, driven by a head unit, do okay. Powered by their own amp, I am guessing you'll get a nice difference over factory speakers. I am overall happy as they DO get louder without distortion versus the factory speakers. I also installed a 10" RF sub and a RF amp. My truck sounds a lot better but I am an old guy, not looking to win any bass competitions, lol! This is a good deal on a 4 pack, happy with the price for sure. ... show more

Speakers sound okay with a aftermarket head unit (22w per speaker) on my 2004 Electra glide. Songs with bass weren’t the best. Just added a recoil DI800.4 and they sound amazing. Sound identical in power and quality to my father in laws $2000 dealer installed Rockford system on his 2021 street glide. IMHO you can’t go wrong with these and the recoil amp just a little of $300 for a great sounding system. ... show more

I bought these in February and put them in my motorcycle powered with a Jensen amp and the speakers are blown already. These would be great speakers for stick replacements. But I do not believe them to be a good pairing with an amp. Very disappointed.
