This price is a crazy good bargain. I put these in my 2000 F250 pickup and they are ten times better sound over the factory speakers and a perfect fit. Great quality at a great price.

  • Great sound at a great price
These made a huge difference on my son's 2001 Ford Ranger XLT. We added a small amp to help drive them off of the Stock head unit. Also added a 8" self powered sub woofer. Used a Kicker line converter for both amp and sub woofer. Sounds really good and a great price.

  • Bringing the boom!
Let me say this… these were not my first choice. I was going with CT Audio door speakers. Well… CT didn’t fit and the installer said grab these. Luckily I got them in a day or 2 off Amazon. Man these things crank! The loudest speakers I think I’ve owned. I’m running them on a CT Audio amp. I think it’s 100 watts per channel. They sound great at low and loud volumes. ... show more

  • Stay Away.... Please.
I purchased these trying to test out new waters for door speakers. I've had experience with Memphis Audio, Infinity, and Rockford Fosgate (subs only). I literally let out a big sigh after I started listening to these. They are extremely overpriced for what they are. The whole frequency range sounds like it has a veil over it. Highs are bad (harsh/dark). Mids are muffled and muddy sounding. Sound reproduction is only slightly better than OEM Ford speakers. I played around with EQ a lot in hopes that it would improve the sound, but it didn't. I love audio, like a lot. It's the first thing I install into each of my cars. Please do youself a favor and steer clear of these. I've been extremely happy with my Infinity Reference 8632CFX in my other car. I pulled out a set of Kenwood KFC-C6866S speakers after about a week of having them in there with the hopes of an improvement. The Kenwood's aren't my favorite, but they're definitely not lacking. Kappas sound amazing for what they are (probably the best bang for the buck that I've heard. Do yourself a favor and please, please get something else. Rockford Fosgate makes amazing subs, but I'm highly disappointed in my introduction to their component speaker line. Coming from an audiophile's perspective instead of someone who just noticed an improvement from stock speakers. Hope this helps. ... show more

  • Had to drill holes to line up speakers right in each door.
2001 F150 SuperCrew Lariat - I had to drill a couple extra holes of the two in each speaker that didn’t line up. Secured okay. Sound is exceptional.
