I got these to put in a pair of "beater" sneakers that I wear for yard work & dirty jobs. I had already replaced the insoles on these about 2 weeks ago, but the insoles I got were garbage & I didn't like them. They were super thin, provided little arch/heel support & came loose every time I took my shoes off & had to put them back in place. These are much better in providing cushion & provide better arch/heel support. My only criticism has to do with the product sizing description & the cut guide on the bottom of these insoles. The description says they are for men 9-11. These shoes are size 11 & needed to be trimmed. I think they would work for up to size 12. The cut guides on the bottom are only in European sizes. I used the insoles I removed to eyeball where I should cut & it was somewhere between 44-45. Since you can trim more off, but not put it back, I started at 45 which turned out to be perfect. All of this was pretty easy to figure out & not a huge deal, but I still think they need to consider improvement for their description & cut guides. Beyond that, these are a big improvement from what was in there & they don't come out of place when I take my shoes off! I also think $14.99 for 2 pairs of decent quality insoles is a pretty good value.

If anyone is qualified to attest to the "pros" and "cons" of cushioning, shock-absorbing shoe insert replacement insoles, it's I! As a gold-rated, Amazon Vine voice reviewer member, I've acquired my share of these types of potentially game-changing, quality-of-life promoting accessories. I've acquired and reviewed quite a few of them on Amazon and they can be accessed for viewing by clicking on my little profile photo icon located at the top left-hand corner of this review. And now comes along yet another pair of these possible foot/knee comforters... so here goes my aforementioned "pros" and "cons" review format style that I deem would be most appropriate to best cover the various features of this product as presented by this Amazon seller's highly professional, informative and graphically vibrant marketing webpage. PROS: 1) Although not as soft and flexible looking as the more common gel infused inserts I've reviewed in the past, these soft rubber only inserts are deceptively soft and cushion-y. The key elements that provide this welcome effect are the green-colored extra flexible foam heel and forefoot sole pad inserts that are embedded in the plush, surrounding blue-colored foam field material. Please check out this Amazon seller's webpage for a an excellent graphic example of what I speak. 2) Like most insole shoe inserts these days, these include the suggested "cutting-lines" embedded in the toe area in case they're too long - - which is usually the case because "long" allows for scissors-cutting shorter, whereas an exact foot size means you "eat it" or return it if it turns out to be too small since you logically can't add anything to make it longer. 3) A generous 2-pack pair of inserts accompany this generous offering by the Amazon vendor. At $14.99 for the 2-pack offer, it makes the individual pair price come in at $7.50 per individual set (which makes it a bit below average in price relative to other Amazon sellers, which usually are sold only as a single pair). 4) Sweat-absorbent and "breathable" in that its material composition allows for ample foot ventilation. 5) Primary materials, such as the high-density foam, make this a top-notch product. CONS: 1) At this juncture in time re the durability and reliability of this product, these insoles have performed impeccably and given me excellent service. Therefore, no actual "cons" to report right now but as in all my reviews that involve the long-term wearing of an item, I pledge to return at a later date to edit/update this review if anything negative worth noting emerges. I hope this review has been informative, insightful and most of all, HELPFUL in your decision to possibly select this product.

These inserts are a lot thinner than some of the other ones I have tried but they provide adequate comfort to my shoes. The thicker inserts with the gel padding usually provide better support but sometimes make the fit too tight but not these.
