I didn’t want to use my expensive DeWalt batteries for work, so I decided to order these. These batteries actually include protective covers for the contacts (this is more related to shipping requirements, but I use them for when I put them in my work bag). First thing I noticed is that the first time you charge these it takes a LONG time. It took all night to charge both batteries. However, I noticed that as I depleted them and then recharged them, the second time around was much faster. I used these batteries in my DCH273 Rotary Hammer drilling 1/2” holes. This thing absolutely eats battery power for breakfast and without remorse. I was able to get 20 holes per battery, drilling 10” deep. I noticed no power reduction, when the batteries were depleted they simply stopped drilling. I’d assume this is the cutoff circuit to prevent over-discharge. The actual build quality of the batteries is very similar to the factory DeWalt ones. The plastic used is a bit cheaper, but weight-wise they feel similar to my “real” ones. I had no issues mounting them, I even used one on my circular saw and impact driver. I’m not convinced these will last over a year or consistent use, but even if they don’t I’ve already got my moneys worth out of them and was pleasantly surprised. I had no issues charging them, they fit the tools perfect like the factory batteries (I’ve had some generic batteries that wobble quite a bit when in the tool). I’ll update this review if anything should come up (unexpected).

Not a reviewer just a tinkerer. In a nutshell it stands up to a DeWalt 3ah battery. Great for hand tools around the house. No good for outdoor tools or high power tools. Pros 1. Battery construction is decent. They did not go super cheap or thin on the casing. The battery cluster it self was solid. 2. Sold at a fair price. Even when compared to the pair of 3ah DeWalt batteries they are half the price. 3. Cells are actually 6ah. (2 3ah clusters of 5 18650 cells) I've had several of these that claim to be 6ah but when you check the battery cells they are 4ah Cons 1. They used cheaper 18650 cells with lower power ratings so they drain very fast under High demand. 2. No good for higher power brushless tools (leaf blower, weed eater, etc.) Tested battery capacity by using a 20v air compressor to fill an 8 gallon air tank. Tenomer Battery drained from 20.7v to 15.6v. 4 year old 4ah DeWalt battery had 17.9v after filling the same air tank with the same compressor. If you want to run heavy stuff with these batteries I recommend the TENOMER 9ah battery. I have tested that one and it holds up to a 6ah DeWalt.

Bought 2 batteries and the lasted only 2 months Great if you use your tools only a little but if you work daily with them they will not hold up . Does not even work on my jackhammer only on my impact and battery life is only about 15 mins then goes dead.
