The media could not be loaded. This product works fine nothing amazing great for the price. I've had these for a few months now I use the white one and my granddaughter (24y/o) uses the black one. It works well for us I will say the battery life is not amazing if you need to use the pen everyday constantly i'd invest in a better quality pen. If you just use it here and there it's perfect. The black one has some visible wear as it gets slid into a case, hasn't affected its use but doesn't look as sleek.

The media could not be loaded. It’s great when it works. But several times a day I have to shut it off and reconnect it. It does always eventually connect, but sometimes it takes a few tries. (I could only upload one video, so the photo shows that it did start working after turning it off, then back on.)
