I really love these pillows. The unzipable outer cover is great for cleaning to get rid of those sweat and dribble stains. You will need to remove the stuffing to get to the comfort level you want as the pillow comes very overstuffed but this in no way is a bad thing. Affordability and customizing comfort is great. The pillow is soft and supportive once you get the stuffing to the level you like and I have had no lumpiness in the 4 months I have owned them. Note. Once you get them out of the compression bag you should throw them in the tumble drier on low heat to let them fluff up and then again after you remove the appropriate amount of stuffing

These are literally the most comfortable pillows I’ve ever slept on! I did remove some of the foam from mine (maybe 20% ish) but my husband likes his the way it came. So they’re easy to customize for individual needs. They did have a smell initially but that went away after a day or two. I did wash the outer cover before using them
