Solid construction. An issue with "other" badge holders is that the spin wheel is weak and breaks easily due to the metal braided wire being too heavy. However THIS badge holder has a very strong spin wheel!! The belt clip is also strong. I don't get the feeling that this is going to give out anytime soon. It should be noted that if you are fragile/weak in hand strength, you might not like this one so much. It's not hard to pull by any means, but it's also not like pulling thread over ice. It needs to have the resistance that it has though, or else it would break due to the metal wire. Should I go through these two, I will most likely be buying another set. These are very nice.

These are VERY sturdy and great for work or otherwise. They are easy to use, a great value for your money. So sturdy that I trust all of my millions of keys won’t go ANYWHERE if I hold it up in the air..they won’t sink down with the retractable string, as others have done that to me in the past.(great hold)..just to give you an idea for the hold and if you can trust it if you have heavy things you’re attaching. Not too heavy to be so sturdy. The retractable string stretches out quite far and is a very reasonable length. I personally carry my car keys on them and use the retractable string to get my house key (to my front door) from my purse without having to remove my keys.

It works but, the lever to open it up to put it on a belt loop is very strong. And it's very short. That makes it harder to put on and take off.

five star review. This keychain holder hooks easily on pants, bra, or purse. It is not a elastic string that breaks easily, but a thin cable chain.

The product is good. But one of the two keychains they sent me was clearly a return from another customer. It was broken and heavily used, as you can see if you look closely on the picture. The other one works fine and I am using it. I called Amazon customer service and spoke with Yana. She was very helpful and they provided a "returnless" replacement, meaning I was not required to go through the trouble of returning the defective item.

Lower section is great. Love the steel cable. Strong pull. 1 major issue that makes me not want to rebuy. The upper carabiner hook is very, very difficult to remove from your belt loops. It just has a very weird curve to it, and it would not come loose with one hand easily. Maybe that is a plus if you are worried that it will come loose too easily, but for me, I would rather have it open easily than need to be cut off. 2nd issue is more of my fault, but it still could be an issue. The upper hook is made of metal and swings on the plastic holder below. I put the badge in my back pocket one day and when sitting on the badge because the metal can't bend past 120 degrees or so it snapped the plastic holder and broke the badge in two pieces. So don't sit on badge as it can't take it.
