The pillows came vacuum sealed which is convenient. When you open the pillow fluff up in less then five minutes. They are very soft and fluffy. I have neck problems so these pillows good when I need a tuck I between my neck. They are so comfortable and they will not be flat in years of use. These are my third set and my first set of pillows is still thick and fluffy after five years of use. I order the second set for my second bedroom and the third set of pillows is a gift. These pillows are not cheap they are very well made. They are not exactly like my Panda 🐼 pillows which I can’t find which makes these pillows just as good. I give them a five star.     • FINALLY FOUND THE PILLOW I'VE BEEN SEARCHING FOR!

Long story short......I probably own at least 15 to 18 bed pillows because I've had problems finding one that was comfortable enough. Soft & fluffy was nice at first, but gave no neck support. I'd wake to that pain from having my hand under my head all night for support. A pillow too firm, my neck would be killing me in the morning. I used the Temperpedics when I'd raise the bed to watch TV, but then had to switch when I went to sleep because they were just too flat. Basically, I've tried every type of pillow made. Then I found these. I bought one, because like I said I own too many for even a house full of guests. I followed the directions and put it through the dryer and wow did it fluff up. It was a hard getting the pillow cases on. Even though it comes with a washable cover I still chose to use 2 pillowcases because I sweat at night and will be washing them often. I used it for a week as it came, fully stuffed. It was a bit too much for me so I took a little out. (Enough to fill the round plastic thing it came in) MY SEARCH IS OVER! This pillow is comfortable in every sense of the word. I've had it for a few months now and am incredibly pleased with it. I love that it's "adjustable". I'm a 50-something side sleeper with arthritis and all sorts of aches & pains, and I've slept like a baby since I got this pillow. Not really sweating a whole lot either. The pillow stuffing is in one zipper case that is covered in a quilted washable case. I still used 2 cases; 1 that I'll change every week with my laundry and the 2nd I'll change as needed. These pillows are so cushioned that it might hurt your neck. These are King size pillows. They're great for adding cushion for a hurt back. I had a shredded memory foam pillow that has been my main go to pillow for comfort. This one will require breaking down some. I'm sure it'll be as good.

Arrived yesterday in a box roughly 12x12x6. I'd also ordered 4 2 lb cannisters of coffee (heh, want me to buy locally, sell locally) & thought that was what it was, if that gives you an idea on box size & wt. The pillows were compressed,rolled & wrapped. They started decompressing quickly after opening, and seemed firm. I left them to air until bedtime, then applied pillow case. The pillows have no odor, no off-putting scent upon decompression. Fast forward to this a.m. This is the 1st time in years I've woke without a headache, tender spot, kink, or any other kind of middle-ager complaint about morning aches & pains. The first time in years I didn't head straight to the cabinet for ibuprophen. I'm not a one position sleeper, rotating through all of them seeking a comfortable position, flipping the pillow over when it gets too warm. I usually wake up enough to remember repositioning & definitely pillow flipping. I'm sure I repositioned a few times last night, but didn't flip the pillow. It's not "cooling" as if I'd put an ice pack in it, but stays comfortable. Breathable fabric, maybe? I didn't wake sweaty or hot. Although they are firm pillows, the memory foam has give to them that doesn't feel too firm or too limp, rather cradles my head and neck in proper alignment. I was looking for the large bamboo pillows I bought from Costco a few years back. These were sustainably made and fully washable. These pillows are made of polyurethane foam and the cover is 60% polyester and only 40% bamboo. They give great firmness and function if you need to really prop yourself up in bed but was disappointed they were mainly synthetic. ... show more
