This is a less expensive way to make facial "frownies" or silicon facial patches for lines and wrinkles. You just cut out the shape and the tape easily comes off of the paper backing. Then just apply to the area on your face that you want. Around the eyes, mouth etc. Just remove them in the morning very slowly so as not to tug on your skin.

My physical therapist used this on my leg and foot to help with sciatic nerve pain. There a several painful sensations I deal with from burning/tingling/numbness/pins and needles, etc. I have 'anterior SI tilt' which basically means my pelvis is crooked. I also have an issue at L4 and L5 that apparently plays a role in all of this as well. The ligaments in the pelvis that are attached to the piriformis are all affecting the sciatic nerve that runs through. The tape is placed strategically on top of my foot and spirals up and around my calf to my thigh. It really does take the edge off of the pain and allows me to sleep. This tape adheres very well. I was even able to take a bath without it coming off. The secret to not wasting the tape is to measure what you need BEFORE you cut. Once you've got the measured length. Cut it in half - it STRETCHES to the full measured length. Trust me! Also, round the corners at the ends so you do not have sharp edges. Once you've cut what you need, peel a small portion of the backing off and place it where you want to start. Then continue to peel as you set, press, and pull the tape along the area(s) you need it. I hope this was not confusing. There are LOTS of 'how-to' videos out there - just look on youtube or google. Very helpful! So happy to have this! I'll be purchasing more.

Do not buy this. This stuff is NOT safe for human or animal use. If you leave it in place like you are supposed to do with kineseo tape it will MELT YOUR SKIN. Seriously. When you try to pull it off, it will take the skin with it, leaving you with weeping, red, inflamed and seeping skin. Don't use this! Buy your tape from a reputable company.

I use this tape constantly to improve circulation and help with recovery from my workouts. I was first introduced to it when I began working out at a cross fit gym. The trainers were very helpful in teaching me how to apply it for effectiveness. I also used this tape during the last 3 - 4 months of my pregnancy. It helped to prevent lower back pain, ensure posture correction and evenly distribute the weight from my big baby boy. The tape sticks very well when it is applied properly. I was able to shower with it on and it doesn’t budge and it able to stay in place for days. I highly recommend.

I am only 30 years old and I have been through multiple knee and shoulder surgeries that have led me to feeling like I am totally out of shape. The recovery process was quite difficult especially since you are not able to move around as much when it comes to knee surgeries. I have used this tape to recover faster and better with my physical therapist. She taught me many different ways to apply it so that the blood circulates properly around my knees. I definitely noticed a difference after the first couple of days with kinesio tape. Now that it has been years since my surgeries I can testify to the effectiveness of kinesiology tape and I continue to share this effectiveness with my gym buddies to enhance their recovery as well. You can always watch videos on how to apply it but the instructions come with the tape, making it easy for a beginner to understand the concept. Highly recommend!

The product arrived in new condition, with minimal instructions. The back side of the stretchy tape is marked to allow cutting of accurate lengths. The adhesive adheres very well to skin that is cleaned first with mild rubbing alcohol. It remains in place after showering, although the edges begin to lift after the second day. The support for the injured area is miraculous. I have used other products over the past month. This product is equal in ability to support damaged areas compared with others. Because of its lower price per inch I recommend this product above other products.

WORKS GREAT! I have been seeing a chiropractor for the past year and personally using kinesiology tape to manage pain in my shoulder area. I do yoga three times a week, mostly heated yoga to help heal the shoulder and upper back pain I have been experiencing. After taking these steps to improve my shoulder pain good news occurred for me about a month ago, I was able to avoid having to get surgery on my shoulder!! I will say as far as the tape goes, it helps my shoulder stay in place and keeps the blood flowing in that area to avoid any inflammation that occurs. I leave the tape on for several days before re-taping as well and this is some durable tape. If you experience any bodily pain, kinesiology tape is definitely one helpful method that I use to heal up so I can keep up with normal adult activities.
