She's now riding without the training wheels, and we've raised the seat up for growth. This is a sturdy, quality bike and I'm extremely happy that we chose this as her first bike. The grips are comfortable. The wheels are where the best differences lie between this bike and cheaper bikes. They are STRONG and glide smoothly. The training wheels are just the right length to keep your little one from toppling over, but can provide a good distance from the ground to encourage balance. My daughter is 5 years old and 40" tall. I recommend the 16". The 14" would have been outgrown too soon. Let them grow INTO the bike instead of OUT of it. This is a beautiful bike. Well made and will last for a long time. I bought this bike for our daughter’s third birthday. We are absolutely happy with this product. It arrived quickly, very easy to put together, and the features are just amazing for being so cheap in price and for only being a children’s bike. I am an avid bike lover, and noticed things about this bike that are of very high quality. There are breaks perfect for the size of a three year old’s hands, we love the bell, the basket is perfect for her dolls, the pedals are perfect height, and the bike actually moved backward and forward without having to pedal like with some adult pricey bikes. The seat has a quick release lever and is perfect for adjusting and re-adjusting at will. I feel like my daughter is safe riding this bike and she just loves it. It is very sturdy. The color is so cute and the details like the hearts on the tires make for a great something extra. We highly recommend this bike to anyone. I looked for hours on amazon trying to find a good, well priced bike, and this one is definitely worth it! All we had to do was pump the tires up a little bit and she was ready to go.

Great bike, very cute, super sturdy. The training wheels are the best, multiple ways to adjust them and no wiggling. My daughter loved the dark pink color and she rides it easily. A few days after we got the bike, my puppy chewed the seat completely to pieces. I called the customer service number to see about ordering a replacement seat. But they wouldn't let me purchase a new one, instead, they shipped one to my daughter, so she could have the excitement of getting a box in the mail, and charged me nothing! Super friendly, got a person with every transfer, never an auto "push #... for parts," and I couldn't be happier all in all with my purchase!

This is my second Royal Baby bike I’ve purchased for my grandchildren, the first Royal baby bike I bought for my grandson who is now 12, it was his first two wheeler bike with training wheels. It held up amazing after two years of use we did replace the brake pads but an easy fix. It got handed down to a cousin, and came back to us for my second grandson who is now five. When my granddaughter turned four I did my research again for two weeks looking at new options, and this bike came on sale so I grabbed it quickly. Just as before it goes together very easy, I am a 69-year-old grandmother and had no problem other than asking my son to tighten the handlebars and seat a little tighter. Very excited to see her grow up using the royal baby bike.

We bought this bike for our granddaughter and she loves it. It was very easy to assemble. All the parts are sturdy and solid. The one exception is the basket which appears to be an afterthought. It connects using a couple of included zip ties. There are no pre-existing holes for the zip ties. The basket interferes with the brake line and the bell on the handle bars. The training wheels have multiple heights they can be adjusted to. The packaging indicates that there are a couple of other accessories available but there is no indication of how one would acquire them. The box came damaged on one side but fortunately nothing inside the box was damaged. This is our granddaughter's first bike and she is learning to ride very quickly. She has already gotten used to using the handlebar brake for the front wheel and the pedal brake for the rear wheel.

I received this expensive bike yesterday and 1. the packaging outside was sturdy enough, but the packaging inside the box for all the pieces were damaged. 2. When I opened the box for the pieces to assemble, it looked like it was all thrown in, the pedals were already unwrapped and I was missing assembly pieces. I have called their 'Bike Aid' hot line and you have to leave a message, so we will see if and when they get back to me. If this gets resolved, I will update the review, but based on the first impressions, I cannot recommend this product. UPDATE: They did get back to me. Things were resolved. My granddaughter loves the bike. I will now give it 5 stars. I NOW CAN recommend this product.
