Photo is after 2 hours under yoga pants. Thought it was a good value but not if it's only lasting a half a day. Also used on my foot which I think only lasted all day be a had a stronger injury tape on top of it.

Pretty Disappointed. I have slender arms and I like to cut my first piece on my sholder tape upto the anchor point. Once I did that with my first piece it would not stick. This started to fraying when I rounded my corners. I WASTED A TON.. trying to get it on. The stretch factor is sub par to K-motion along with the durability of the tape. Normally I don't fall into the name brand but going forward I will when buying tape. NOTE: I have not taken a shower with it on yet. ... show more

Pro: When skin is prepared correctly, the tape does stay on several days and through an hour of lap swimming, shower, etc. Cons: The edges of the tape fray & leave sticky residue that collects pant fibers/gets dirty. The tape ripped off skin a couple times. I don't have sensitive skin, but even when removed in shower some of my skin went with it. Not all the time, but be careful! Notes: (If applied too soon before swimming the ends sometimes pull back. This might be user error because I'm sure I was in a rush if it was right before a swim) I got this kt tape hoping that it would last through a few days with a swim in the middle. I either read the wrong product description, or misunderstood, because I was hoping for a kt tape that wouldn't soak up water. This tape dries faster than some I've tried, but I don't like the idea of chlorine soaking into it and staying on my skin for any length of time after. Maybe showering before & after swim keeps the chlorine off my skin, but since I purchased this brand thinking it wasn't going to absorb water I was disappointed. I'm not removing any stars for that though. If you want an inexpensive kt tape that you can cut to custom lengths, this works, but I'll be going back to other brands. ... show more

I looked all over for a Kinesiology tape that was as good as the kind my physical therapist uses but it gets really $$. I have an Achilles tendon that split vertically, had to have surgery and it has healed in worse shape than I started with because my doctor was an incompetent doodyhead. taping it supports it and helps. I got this tape because it was cheap but wow, its so helpful. I have been able to wear it for literally days, even through a shower or two. Its made a big difference in how many hours of activity I have and the pain level. theres a lot in this box. tips in reply to complaints ive read here : when you remove the tape, pull straight down or up horizontal to your skin. if you pull it off up and away of course it's going to hurt. measure before you cut from roll according to grid printed on backing paper, then cut 2 squares shorter. this tape stretches and thats the support you create.. place slowly on skin, patting to place then compress with the warmth of your hand to firmly warm onto skin. round edges with scissors so corners don't pull up if you want. theres a booklet included and videos online if you need help.. great tape....even my physical therapist ordered some.. would recommend! ... show more
